Films produced by conventional blow heads often have dull strips or wavy areas, the so-called spiral strips. The aim of the invention is to avoid these negative film properties. For this purpose, the blow head comprises a plurality of annular gap-shaped melt channels arranged concentrically around the center axis of the blow head, the spiral distributor of the inner melt channel being arranged on the inner limiting wall in relation to the center axis of the blow head and the spiral distributor of the outer melt channel being arranged on the outer limiting wall in relation to the center axis of the blow head.

    摘要: In consideration of increasing throughput rate of a stable operating process as well as making the process energy-efficient, the aim is to optimise a fluidised bed opposed jet mill and a dedicated process to produce ultrafine particles from a feed material of low bulk density with a housing in vertical design, with a product feed point and a product discharge, with a grinding zone located in the lower area of the housing which has grinding nozzles spaced evenly around the circumference whose jets intersect at one central point and with a classifying device installed in the upper area of the housing. This is achieved by the feed material dosed to the mill from the bottom into the mill sump as a gas-particle mixture, whereby a deflector hood is located above the feed point and below the grinding nozzle level, and the grinding gas nozzles designed to be flush with the walls.

The fine-grained solid is dispersed in a liquid capable of forming drops and this dispersion is forced into a defined sink flow with a superimposed rotational flow that is generated independently from the jink flow. The relationship between the two rates, namely the sink flow rate and the rotational flow rate, is dictated by the cut point size. The device includes a deflector wheel which has a direction of flow from the outside to the inside, and vanes are fitted in the wheel parallel to its rotational axis to form flow channels, whereby the feed dispersion is charged to the deflector wheel at its outer periphery.
