Abstract:
A coin dispenser is disclosed to use a dialing rod of a dialing device of a coin dispensing unit to push one side of the peripheral edge of one metal coin so that the other side of the peripheral edge of the metal coin will push two coin-stopping columns of one spring plate of the coin dispensing unit, causing the two coin-stopping columns to slide along the peripheral edge of the metal coin, and thus, when the metal coin crosses two coin-stopping columns, the metal coin is sent out of the coin outlet, achieving the effect of dispensing one metal coin at one time.
Abstract:
A coin acceptor includes main body having coin dispenser mounted therein, coin tubes mounted in the main body and disposed at the bottom side of the coin dispenser, and sensing device including multiple optical sensor modules respectively aimed at the coin tubes. The distance between each optical sensor module and the coins in the respective coin tube is calculated by: measuring the time taken for the reflected light to travel from the coins in the respective coin tube to the proximity sensor of the respective optical sensor module and then multiplying the time thus measured by the speed of light. The number of coins in each coin tube is calculated by: deducting the distance between the respective optical sensor module and the coins in the respective coin tube from the pre-measured depth of the empty coin tube, and then dividing the reminder thus obtained by the thickness of single coin.
Abstract:
A coin acceptor includes a coin acceptor main unit including a first holder shell and second holder shell pivotally coupled together, and a face panel including a panel body fastened to the front side of the first holder shell and a limiter mechanism mounted at the back side of the panel body and adjustable between a constraint position and a release position to control the biasing angle of the second holder shell relative to the first holder shell, preventing an evil person from inserting a screwdriver, pry or any other tool through a coin insertion slot or coin-return slot of the face panel into the inside of the coin acceptor main unit to damage the internal structure.
Abstract:
A troubleshooted coin output method used in a coin dispensing and outputting machine including a machine main unit formed of a coin dispensing unit, a coin hopper consisting of a driver circuit, motors, coin-pushing modules and sensors and a circuit module, and coin tubes for storing coins. When outputting coins, the circuit module counts the amount of coins to be outputted subject to the amount of money to be given, and then stops the coin output operation if the outputted amount of coins does not match the amount of money to be given due to failure or one motor or any other reasons, and then counts the rest amount to be given, and then drives the other motor to output coins till that the desired amount are outputted, thereby troubleshooting the problem.
Abstract:
A voice device for use in an automatic vending machine is disclosed to include a card reader for reading a voice file from an inserted electronic card, an input/output module for receiving a control signal from the automatic vending machine, a voice module, and a microprocessor for converting the voice file into a voice signal for output through a voice output device of the voice module subject to the control signal from the automatic vending machine.
Abstract:
A bill acceptor for use with an automatic vending machine is disclosed to include a body having a bill/license insertion slot and a passage extending backwards from the bill/license insertion slot, and a circuit assembly, which includes a bill recognition unit for checking the authenticity and par value of a bill, a license recognition unit for checking the authenticity obtaining a predetermined data of a license, a communication interface module for data communication between the bill recognition unit/license recognition unit and the automatic vending machine, and a power-saving power supply module electrically connected with the communication interface module for controlling the automatic vending machine to enter the sleep mode when the automatic b vending machine is not used within a predetermined time period after startup and for providing power supply to wake up the automatic vending machine upon insertion of a bill/license and recognition of the authenticity of the inserted bill/license.
Abstract:
A license checker for use in a vending machine for controlled hazardous items is disclosed to include a housing, which has an insertion slot and a card space defined in a rack thereof in communication with the insertion slot, a sensor module, which comprises photo sensors for detection the insertion of a license into the housing and elastic return devices movable relative to the photo sensors subject to insertion of a license for causing the photo sensors to output a driving signal, a light source module, which is driven by the driving signal from the photo sensors to emit various wavelengths of light onto the anti-counterfeit characteristics and character data of the license in a predetermined order, and an image pickup module, which picks up the image of anti-counterfeit characteristics and character data of the license for license authenticity validation and character data recognition.
Abstract:
The invention discloses a card discriminating system used for identifying whether a card is authentic or not. The card has a surface, and N sensing marks are formed on the surface of the card. The card discriminating system includes a position-based pulse generation module, at least one sensor, and a micro-controller unit. The micro-controller unit is respectively coupled with the position-based pulse generating module and each of the sensors. When the card actuates and passes through the position-based pulse generating module, the position-based pulse generating module will generate a reference position-based pulse. When one of the N sensing marks of the card passes through one of the sensors, the sensor will generate a corresponding sensing position-based pulse. The micro-controller unit is used for comparing the sensing position-based pulse with the reference position-based pulse, so as to identify whether the card is authentic or not.
Abstract:
A coin outlet unit is disclosed to include a casing having a coin outlet, and an adjustment structure for adjusting the size of the coin outlet. The adjustment structure positioning spaces arranged in a line perpendicular to the extending direction of the coin outlet, locating holes arranged in parallel to the positioning spaces, an adjustment block, which has a bottom rod selectably inserted into one of the positioning spaces and a plurality of adjustment holes, and a locking member insertable through the adjustment holes into the locating holes to lock the adjustment block.
