摘要: The present invention relates to a device for coating containers with a barrier layer having at least one plasma chamber, which encloses at least one treatment space, in which at least one container with a container interior can be inserted and can be positioned on the treatment space, wherein a gas lance is provided which can be introduced into the container interior and which further acts as microwave antenna, with the plasma chamber being designed to be capable at least of partial evacuation and being designed to fill the container interior at least partially with a plasma and a process gas. The device is designed such that the container can be preheated by means of a plasma, more particularly by means of a microwave plasma, using a noble gas which can be introduced into the container interior through the gas lance.

In addition, the invention also relates to a device for blow-forming finished containers from preforms, in particular from preforms made of a thermoplastic material, the device comprising at least one heating system for thermally conditioning the preforms along a transport path and at least one forming device for forming thermally conditioned preforms into the finished container, characterized in that the device comprises at least one conveyor system for conveying preforms according to the invention, the conveyor system being disposed in particular in the area of the heating device. Lastly, the invention also relates to the use of such a conveyor system and a method for the replacement of at least one carrying element.

The gripper unit is mounted on a carriage connected to the gripper frame. Thee carriage performs linear movements in three mutually perpendicular directions. The gripper unit is movable between a first position, in which it can grip the containers in the region of the conveying device, and a second position, in which it can insert the containers into the treatment station and fetch them from it.
