摘要: A vehicle with an aerial work platform comprises a traveling body 10, a boom 30 vertically swingable, a work platform 50 attached to the boom, and a parallel link mechanism 70 installed between the tip of the boom and the work platform. The parallel link mechanism comprises a boom side vertical link member 72 pivotably connected to the boom on a first connecting pivot axis, an upper horizontal link member 73 pivotably connected to the boom side vertical link member on the first connecting pivot axis, a work platform side vertical link member 71 pivotably connected to the upper horizontal link member on a second connecting pivot axis, a lower horizontal link member 74 pivotably connected to the boom side vertical link member on a third connecting pivot axis. The lower horizontal link member is pivotaly connected to the work platform side vertical link member on a fourth connecting pivot axis. The work platform is attached to the work platform side vertical link member, and a leveling cylinder attached to the the boom is pivotably connected to the boom side vertical link member and the lower horizontal link member on on the fourth connecting pivot axis.

摘要: A work vehicle steering control apparatus comprises a vehicle body (11), front wheels and rear wheels both of which can be steered respectively; a front-wheel steering cylinder (92) and a rear-wheel steering cylinder (94); a steering dial (72); a steering actuation controller (50); and a steering angle detector. The steering actuation controller (50) is configured in a manner such that when a steering operation is performed, and when the steering angles of one set of wheels are less than a predetermined angle (θ1), the controller (50) controls the steering actuator to steer only the one set of wheels in response to the directional-change steering operation. When the steering angles of the one set of wheels are equal to or more than the predetermined angle, the controller (50) controls the steering actuator to steer the other set of wheels in a direction opposite to steering direction.

摘要: In a vehicle with aerial work platform, while not receiving an operation instruction to move down the work platform from the rise and fall operating device, when moving down of the work platform is detected based on the detecting result of the rise and fall position detecting device, the rise and fall control device controls the first switching valve to switch so that the bottom-side oil chamber is connected to the hydraulic pump and controls the second switching valve to switch to the first state so as to make oil pressure in the bottom-side oil chamber be kept by the second switching valve and the check valve. Then, the rise and fall hydraulic cylinder is stopped to be contracted.

摘要: A steering control device for a vehicle with an aerial work platform 1 in the embodiment a traveling body capable of traveling with a steering wheel, a work platform 30 provided thereon, a steering dial 42, which is biased to be located at a neutral position in a non-operation status, a steering angle detector 62, a steering cylinder 17, and a controller 50 for controlling an operation of the steering cylinder 17. The controller 50 controls the steering cylinder 17 so that a steering angle of the steering wheel becomes a target steering angle corresponding to a steering position of the steering operation tool. As far as a steering angle of the steering wheel detected by the steering angle detector is kept within a predetermined angle range including a neutral steering angle, the steering control unit make a steering control to stop the steering actuator and to maintain the present steering angle of the steering wheel when the steering operation tool returns to the neutral position.
