摘要: A thermoforming mould for producing cup-shaped articles from a heated film of plastic is provided. The thermoforming mould comprises a first mould part and a second mould part which are movable in relation to one another, wherein at least one cavity for moulding a cup-shaped article is formed in one of the two mould parts. The thermoforming mould also comprises a measuring device which is designed to determine a tilting of the first mould part and the second mould part with respect to one another. Furthermore, a thermoforming machine comprising the thermoforming mould and also a method for determining a tilting between a first mould part and a second mould part of a thermoforming mould are provided.

摘要: A mold tool includes: a first tool part and a second tool part that works together with the first tool part. In the closed state, the two tool parts are moved toward one another, and in the open state, the two tool parts are moved away from one another. The mold tool also includes a first mold half in the first tool part and a second mold half in the second tool part. The two mold halves reshape the sheet of material, arranged between the two tool parts, into at least one three-dimensional article when the two tool parts are moved toward one another. The mold tool also includes a cutting device including at least one cutting element and at least one actuating device. The actuating device extends the cutting element in the direction of the sheet of material, to cut the sheet of material.

摘要: A thermoforming tool for producing cup-shaped molded parts from a heated film of plastic includes an upper tool and a lower tool, which are movable in relation to each other for clamping the film of plastic therebetween. At least one mold cavity for forming a molded part from the film of plastic is formed in the lower tool and at least one prestretching structure movable into a corresponding mold cavity is arranged in the upper tool inside a hold-down device. The prestretching structure includes at least two prestretching levers pivotable about an associated pivot axis, which lies in a plane running perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the prestretching structure. Each of the prestretching levers has a stretching arm extending downward, and a stop arm extending upward. On the inner surface of the hold-down device a guiding projection is formed opposite to a corresponding one of the prestretching levers, the stretching arm sliding on the guiding projection during movement of the prestretching structure into the mold cavity in such a way that the stretching arm is pivoted outward.
