    摘要: A process to reduce emissions discharged from a natural gas processing system wherein the processing system includes a glycol dehydrator for absorbing water, moisture and absorbable hydrocarbons, a reboiler for heating water rich glycol, a still column in communication with the reboiler and a reflux condenser. The process includes the steps of directing vapors and gases from the still column and reflux condenser to a condenser in order to condense vapors to liquid. The gases and liquids from the condenser are directed to a condensate separator in order to separate by gravity. Non-condensible vapors and water from the condensate separator are delivered to a vaporization chamber immersed in the reboiler. Water is re-vaporized into steam and permitted to mix with non-condensible vapors in the vaporization chamber. The steam and non-condensible vapors are inducted into a combustion zone in a firetube in the reboiler. The hydrocarbons in the vapors are combusted in the firetube.

    摘要: A well production stream solid debris separator apparatus. The apparatus includes a spherical vessel. A cylindrical sump extends below and radially from the spherical vessel. A centrifugal cylinder is positioned within the spherical vessel, the centrifugal cylinder having an axis concentric with a diameter of the spherical vessel and having an open bottom. An outlet port passes through the cylindrical vessel and through the spherical vessel with the outlet port opposed to the cylindrical sump. An inlet port passes through the spherical vessel and passes into the centrifugal cylinder substantially tangential to an inner surface of the centrifugal cylinder.

    摘要: A three phase separator to separate a fluid into three phases. A horizontal tank forms a fluid container having an inlet to the container in order to permit entry of a three phase fluid. An oil box within the fluid container includes a bottom and at least one baffle separating the oil box from the fluid container. A water box within the fluid container includes a bottom and at least one baffle separating the water box from the container. A water removal mechanism is in communication with the water box to draw water therefrom. An oil removal mechanism is in communication with the oil box to draw oil therefrom. A gas outlet permits removal of gas from the fluid container. A slot through the baffle of the water box permits entry of water from the fluid container into the water box in the event of a water surge.

    摘要: A compressor fuel gas conditioner for a natural gas well having a compressor which utilizes natural gas from the well as a fuel. The conditioner includes a vortex tube having an inlet to receive compressed natural gas from the compressor, a warm gas outlet for gas which has been heated by circular motion in the vortex tube, and a cool gas outlet for cool gas exiting the vortex tube after passing through the tube wherein the warm gas is returned to an inlet side of the compressor. A salt dryer includes a dryer inlet to receive the cool gas exiting the cool gas outlet of the vortex tube and a dryer outlet to deliver gas from the salt dryer as fuel gas to the compressor.

    摘要: An integrated three phase separator for separation of natural gas, hydrocarbon liquids, and water or brine. The separator includes a cylindrical vertical separation unit having a closed top and an opposed, open bottom. A cylindrical horizontal separation unit has a pair of opposed ends, a first, closed end and a second, open end. A tubular elbow connection includes a pair of ends, one end connected to the open bottom of the vertical separation unit and another end connected to the open end of the horizontal separation unit so that the vertical separation unit and horizontal separation unit are in fluid connection with each other. A metering plate within the tubular elbow connection retains natural gas in the horizontal unit while permitting gentle release of liquid into the horizontal unit.
