摘要: A display panel driver includes an image data generator, a brightness correction circuit performing a correction calculation on image data, a drive section driving the display panel in response to corrected image data; and a display timing generator outputting a timing control signal. The correction calculation by the brightness correction circuit is adjustable. When the display panel driver is placed into a test mode, the display timing generator is configured to output an internally-generated timing control signal and the image data generator outputs internally-generated evaluation image data. The evaluation image data are generated so that the evaluation images are switched from one to another in response to the internally-generated timing control signal.

The intermediate correction parameters are defined to control the R, G, and B grayscale values of the output image data for the case when the input image data corresponds to each of elementary colors R, G, and B, and complementary colors C, M, and Y of an intermediate grayscale value.

摘要: The booster precharges a boost-voltage-output terminal to a predetermined voltage before voltage-boosting start by a charge-pump circuit in the booster. While alternately switching one capacitive electrode of a pumping capacitance between first and second voltages, the charge-pump circuit periodically applies a third voltage to the other capacitive electrode, in which the voltage is boosted by lifting up the third voltage each switching. The resultant boost voltage is successively supplied to a stabilization capacitance through a MOS switch circuit for output. Thus, a boost voltage boosted to a sum voltage of the second and third voltages can be obtained. Using a precharge voltage produced by the precharge circuit in the booster as the third voltage can make a MOS switch circuit operable to supply the third voltage and the MOS switch circuit for boost voltage output smaller than a voltage under the sum voltage of the second and third voltages.

摘要: A touch panel control circuit includes a plurality of drive circuits which are connected to Y sensor electrodes, respectively, and which apply a plurality of pulses to a corresponding Y sensor electrode for every predetermined period, and a plurality of detection circuits which are connected to X sensor electrodes, respectively. Each of the detection circuits includes a switched capacitor circuit that continues sampling of a signal from each of the X sensor electrodes, to which the detection circuits are connected, not only at a timing that is in synchronization with the plurality of pulses that are applied to the Y sensor electrodes, but also at a timing at which the pulses are not applied to the Y sensor electrodes. For example, the switched capacitor circuit is an integration circuit, or an integration circuit with a finite impulse response (FIR) filter or an infinite impulse response (IIR) filter.
