Abstract: A luggage carrier includes a plurality of compartments that are located on the front face of the carrier. Each of the compartments include a flap hingedly engaged with their respective compartment. The flaps are lined with magnetic members which are engaged to a magnetic locking strip located within the compartment to effectively seal each compartment. Abstract: The invention provides a protable article device, which mainly comprises a flat, expandable sheath and a binding component. The inner surface of the sheath is flexible, with a non-slip surface with plurality grooves; it is connected to the Velcro and positioning ring of the binding component. Abstract: An umbrella holder and stabilization system for hands-free holding of an umbrella includes a housing having a plurality of walls that, collectively, define an interior space, and a top wall defining an opening for receiving the handle of the umbrella into the interior space. The system includes a neck strap having opposed ends and a fastener coupling the ends so to form a loop. At least one clamp is coupled to the neck strap that is slidable along an extent of the neck strap and is operable to releasably capture the pole of the umbrella. A belt includes a strap having opposed ends that is selectively attachable about one of a user's chest or a user's waist. A connector strap may extend between the torso belt and neck strap. Thus, an umbrella is secured in the housing and held upright without use of a user's hands.

Abstract: A cover-type containing structure is worn on a pet's body using a support enclosure with multiple functions to facilitate a user in meeting various dog-related needs. The support enclosure enables a pull cord to securely hook and fasten thereto. A rear cover has a small pet carrier bag formed by a holding portion, enabling the user to store pet paraphernalia including pet dropping supplies. A covering is unfolded to provide a pet with protection against rain and wind. If the pet is tired or the user encounters a situation that prohibits a pet on a leash from entering a location, the pet carrier bag can be unfolded and the pet placed within the pet carrier bag for shoulder carrying or hand carrying. The rear side has a plurality of rings used to externally connect to a fixing device and securely fix a pet droppings collection bag thereto.
