摘要： The present invention relates to a prefabricated chair and, more particularly, to a prefabricated chair separated into two frames so that the volume thereof can be remarkably reduced, thereby facilitating storage and transportation and enabling easy assembly without a separate tool. The present invention relates to the prefabricated chair in which a first frame and a second frame are coupled, wherein the first frame includes: a pair of first and second leg bars of the front and rear; first and second upper horizontal support bars for connecting the upper portions of the first and second leg parts; an upper bracket for coupling the first and second upper horizontal support bars; first and second lower horizontal support bars for connecting the lower portion of the second leg part; and a lower bracket for coupling the first and second lower horizontal support bars, the second frame includes: a pair of third and fourth leg parts of the front and rear; a third upper horizontal support bar for connecting the upper portions of the third and fourth leg parts; and a third lower horizontal support bar for connecting the lower portions of the third and fourth leg parts, and the third upper horizontal support bar is fitted and coupled to the upper bracket and the third lower horizontal support bar is fitted and coupled to the lower bracket such that the first frame and the second frame are assembled in + shape.

The hand truck has a mass and angular relation to the toolbox configured to stably oppose a torque created by a weight of the tray and a load supported by the tray if the toolbox is detached from the hand truck portion. The toolbox includes a top cover which is reversible to convert the toolbox into a seat.

摘要： The current invention is a modular and interlocking furniture system that requires no tools and comprises basic elements that are simple to connect to form a desired piece of furniture. The furniture may be may be prefabricated in components that can be sold disassembled in a flat stackable packaging and then assembled at a site. Assembly of the furniture requires no hardware, tooling, or relatively complex instructions. The furniture is an improvement over the prior art as less components may be necessary to assemble a piece of furniture and or the final assembled product is more functionally stable and aesthetically pleasing. An embodiment for the invention includes a chair and desk that essentially consists of a base having at least about three legs that is formed from two interconnecting units and a top that relesably connects to the base and may provide the function of a seat or table surface.

摘要： A ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture system includes a collection of identically configured side panels, with sets of the side panels having different aesthetic and/or functional features, a collection of base panels and back panels spanning between pairs of side panels, the collection of base and back panels being provided in different sets of lengths and configurations to permit construction of different types of furniture. The panels are interconnected through a series of slots and notches. A locking member is provided that can be wedged into a slot to lock the entire RTA furniture item together. A second locking member can be provided to be wedged into a slot in the back panel to provide additional support for a base panel. A wide variety of furniture items are show that can be constructed using the two locking members.

摘要： A joint for the seat side rail and rear leg or other furniture joint is disclosed. A bolt extends through a first bore forwardly through the leg and then through a second bore into the rear end of the rail. A tapped bar is inserted transversely into a pocket in the rail to receive the forward end of the bolt. The bolt is pre-stressed to put the joint under compression throughout. Preferably the bolt is bonded by adhesive to the first and second bores and the bar into its socket to form a composite of the leg, rail, bolt and bar. The joint is made superior to conventional dowelled joints by inserting in aligned bores extending into the rail and leg in opposite directions from the joint a metallic rod which is twice as long as the width of the rail and cementing the rod within the bores. The rod and/or bore may be roughened to promote adherence of the cement to the rod and wooden members.
