摘要： A frame which has a wire extending across a rear of the frame is hung on a wall by an integral flexible spring member shaped to define a center mounting plate fastened to lie flat on the wall and a spring strap standing at right angles to the plate with a pair of arms each extending outwardly from the mounting plate along the wall to a respective side of the mounting plate. The arms receive and locate the wire extending along the arms and depending from ends of the arms to the sides of the frame. The arms can flex and the arms allow longitudinal movement of the wire along the arms to allow movement of the frame side to side relative to the mounting plate. A stiffening rod can be inserted onto the strap.

摘要： A collectable mounting device is configurable to a wall-mounted configuration, and a horizontal support surface (or shelf) mounted configuration. In the wall-mounted configuration, support members are secured together via a fastener through the adjustment slots such that support channels extend in the same direction to support the collectable on a wall. In the shelf-mounted configuration, the support members are fastened together such that the support channels extend in opposite directions, and a tensioning member is inserted between the support members in opposed tensioning member receiving slots to flex the support members away from each other. A packaging method includes stacking the support members and tensioning member to align holes therein; wrapping a label around the stacked support members and tensioning member to align holes in the label and holes in the support members and tensioning member; and inserting a fastener through the aligned holes.

One embodiment provides a substrate mounting apparatus that provides the ability to mount the apparatus on a substrate and move the location of a suspended object in at least a substantial two-dimensional planar area. One embodiment allows the suspended object to be moved vertically, laterally, and tilted or leveled with respect to the substrate by merely sliding one or more components of the apparatus from one place to another on the apparatus, without moving the components of the apparatus mounted on the substrate. One embodiment includes a laterally extending element, a peaked or inverted-peaked structure, and interconnecting supports providing for mounting of the laterally extending element to the substrate and sliding support for laterally slidable members. The laterally extending element provides lateral adjustability, with these three features combined cooperatively providing lateral, vertical, and tilting or leveling adjustability of an object mounted on a substrate.

Movable inner and outer carriages on the bracket are adjustable in an up/down, and/or left/right directions using two adjustable fastening that allows positioning of the carriage in the X-Y axis. Surface indicia are printed on the mounting base and the outer carriage that define a relative position of said inner and outer carriages so that the user can measure minute distances within a perimeter of said mounting base. 摘要： An appartus for hanging items on a wall comprises a backing plate with a substantially square mounting plate portion and a plurality of apertures formed in the backing plate. The backing plate is anchored in a wall and then a supporting peg is inserted into one of the plurality of apertures. An item can then be hung on the supporting peg. By selectively adjusting the position of the supporting peg, the exact hanging location for the item can be quickly and easily adjusted, without altering the position of the backing plate.

摘要： A plate (12) is mounted to a wall, ceiling, door or window frame, and supports an object (O). Spaced openings (14) are formed in the plate. The diameter (d) of the holes is sufficiently large that a drill bit fits through the opening for a screw hole (H) to be drilled in the wall, ceiling, or frame. A flange (20) formed on the face (22) of the plate abutting the mounting surface extends about the opening, into the opening, to provide a shoulder supporting a slotted washer (16). A slot (18) in the washer extends across the washer and has a length (l) corresponding to the diameter of the opening formed by the shoulder. A washer is placed in each opening and rotated until the respective screw holes are exposed by the slot. Now, when screws or other fasteners are inserted into the holes through the slots, the object is properly oriented or aligned, regardless of screw hole locations.
