摘要： An adjustable clothing hanger is a clothes hanger that is adjustable in size. Each side of the hanger has an adjustment mechanism, thus allowing for a variable width. The adjustment mechanism consists of a series of spring loaded pushbuttons (or snap fasteners) on a smaller diameter tube that engages a series of orifices or apertures on a larger diameter tube. It allows for the hanging of larger sized shirts, blouses, jackets, coats and the like without allowing the shoulder sections to sag. The adjustable clothing hanger also provides a swivel joint near the hook of the hanger where it joins the horizontal section. This joint allows the hanger to swivel in the closet and allows the hanger to be at any angle to the closet rod versus the perpendicular manner as required of conventional hangers.

摘要： A clothes hanger for retaining the garments shape including a lower frame and upper section with a first support arm and a second support arm centrally conjoined. A bottom side of the frame has a right section and a left section separated from the right section at a threaded proximal end of each of the right and left sections. A turnbuckle engages the proximal end of each of the right and left sections. The turnbuckle secures the proximal ends together and adjusts the width of the bottom side. A first hook is disposed on the center point with an inverted U-shaped upper end. A U-shaped second hook is disposed on each of an interior side of each outer end of each of the respective first and second support arm. A groove is centrally disposed on a top portion of each of the first and second support arm.

摘要： In one embodiment a hanger has two interlocking regions, each located at the lower corners of the hanger arms. The interlocking regions have a hole that extends at least part way through the body of the hanger and an extruded lip that extends beyond the body of the hanger at the interlocking region. In one embodiment the outer surface of the interlocking region is narrower than the upper hanging arms of the hanger and the outer edge of the extruded lip is substantially co-planar with the outer surface of the upper hanging arms. This allows the upper hanging arms to be in direct contact with each other when the two hangers are locked together, creating a smooth upper surface.
