摘要: This invention relates to a ware washing process that is conducted in the presence of a biocide. More particularly, but not exclusively, the invention relates to a ware washing process including the steps of (i) washing ware in a washing cavity (25) of a ware washer (10) with water and a ware washing detergent; (ii) rinsing the ware in the ware washer with water; and (iii) introducing a biocide into the washing cavity of the ware washer in order to provide a gaseous atmosphere thereof in the washing cavity, the biocide being introduced into the washing cavity prior to or contemporaneously with or subsequently to the washing or rinsing of the ware.

摘要: Provided is a shoe cleaner which can be used by a user without exposing the user to high concentrations of ozone, and moreover is compact, is easy to use, and has low power consumption. The shoe cleaner is equipped with a case body and a sheet-like ozone generating body. The ozone generating body is formed from a flexible substrate and a flexible polymer resin electrode sheet. The electrode sheet is formed from a dielectric and electrodes covered by the dielectric. The case body houses a boost circuit for boosting the voltage of a battery and supplying the voltage to the electrode sheet.

摘要: The present subject matter provides a dishwasher appliance that measures the amount of ozone in a wash chamber of the appliance. The appliance is also configured for adjusting the amount of ozone in the wash chamber based upon such measurements. The appliance may adjust the amount of ozone by, e.g., adjusting the flow rate of wash fluid to the wash chamber, adjusting the flow rate of air in the wash chamber, and/or adjusting the temperature of wash chamber. Related methods are also provided.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to an apparatus for rinsing and disinfecting utensils, on demand, with a controller operating the components that deliver a pre-determined volume or timed flow of water, and exposure time of sanitizer(s) to the intended objects. The spray embodiment has high performance conical spiny nozzle(s) controlled by a controller that reduces water usage and that may vary depending on the viscosity of the material to be eliminated. The recirculating, embodiment has a recirculating, water system, with a controller operating the components that recirculate water throughout the system until the turbidity exceeds a chosen threshold, and displace with fresh water until the turbidity returns to a lower threshold. The water resumes recirculation until it again exceeds the chose turbidity threshold and the water in the system is again displaced by fresh water. Both spray and recirculating, embodiments can contain multiple rinse stations.
