摘要: The present invention relates to a bicycle simulator that supports a frame of a mounted bicycle, the frame connecting a front wheel and a rear wheel of the mounted bicycle. A bicycle simulator according to an embodiment includes a base, a first frame support extending in a first direction and supported on the base, and a second frame support extending in a second direction, which is different from the first direction, and connected to the first frame support to be rotatable about one axis, wherein the second frame support supports a frame of a mounted bicycle, the frame connecting a front wheel and a rear wheel of the mounted bicycle.

摘要: An exercise training device for use with a motorcycle for working out to improve a rider's physical fitness is provided. The training device includes a base, a mounting plate, and a plurality of support legs extending from the base. A coil spring is vertically mounted between the base and the mounting plate. A motorcycle can be releasably affixed to the mounting plate with a plurality of hold downs. The coil spring deflects in response to lateral forces such that the affixed motorcycle can pitch and roll when subject to sufficient force.

摘要: The invention encompasses a removable attachment for installing on a bicycle with the goal of altering the resistance to either front tire or back tire revolution. In this way, the bicycle includes enhanced physical training capabilities allowing the rider to use a bicycle on a standard trainer frame or as a regular bicycle for riding in the usual manner. In one embodiment, the attachment includes a resistance support connected to a bicycle and supporting a resistance device that engages a bicycle wheel or bicycle tire for altering the resistance to tire revolution. In this exemplary embodiment, the apparatus includes a resistance support attached to the bicycle proximate a bicycle tire along with a resistance device removably attached to the resistance support. In one embodiment, the resistance device defines a slot, and the resistance support projects through the slot to position the resistance device against the bicycle wheel or the bicycle tire.

摘要: The invention is a bicycle trainer to which a standard bicycle temporarily attaches for exercise and simulated rides. A lifting mechanism raises and lowers the front tire, and in preferred embodiments, a frame engages the rear tire to hold the rear tire in an elevated position against a resistance cylinder. The resistance cylinder provides a force against rear tire revolution and varies the resistance to pedaling. The resistance cylinder can vary resistance against back tire revolution by pumping a resistance fluid into and out of the cylinder, by changing the position of the resistance cylinder in relation to the back tire, or by translation of the bicycle back and forth. In other embodiments, the trainer is electronically controlled to simulate real-world geographical courses programmed into a readable format for electronically maneuvering front tire and back tire positions as necessary to provide resistance to pedaling.

摘要: An exercise system includes a user input arrangement; a rotatable member that rotates in response to an input force applied by a user on the user input arrangement; a power sensing arrangement that senses power applied to the rotatable member due to the input force applied by the user; and a variable resistance arrangement interconnected with the power sensing arrangement and with the user input arrangement. The resistance arrangement applies resistance to rotation of the rotatable member, and is variable in response to the power sensing arrangement to vary the resistance applied to the rotatable member. The variable resistance arrangement may be a brake that interacts with the rotatable member to resist rotation of the rotatable member, and to thereby resist the input force applied by the user. The variable resistance arrangement includes a controller for controlling the brake in response to the power sensing arrangement.

摘要: A training bench for cyclists includes a framework. The framework has rollers on which the wheels of a bicycle rest. The framework also has a central support including a platform which is connected to the framework with transverse bars, on which it can move. The platform has an elastically deformable anchoring system serving as a holding base for holding a column. At its free end, the column supports the frame of the bicycle. The anchoring system acts as an absorption member for controlling the movement of the bicycle with regard to the platform and the framework.

摘要: A roller 26 for applying a load to a tire 44 of a rear wheel as a drive wheel is rotatably supported by support frames 30 through a roller shaft 24. The support frames 30 are rotatable about a fixing shaft 28 penetrating their ends. A support portion 29 supporting the fixing shaft 28 is fixed to a load applying device stand 2 to be inserted in a rear frame 22. A coil spring 34 is provided between a fixing plate 32 fixed to the load applying device stand 2 and a transverse plate 31 of the support frames 30. A pedal clamp 38 to be engaged with the plate 31 in a state of the coil spring 34 being compressed is rotatably provided on the load applying device stand 2. When a load applying device is to be used, the position of the load applying device stand 2 is adjusted so that the roller 26 slightly contacts the rear wheel tire 44 with the pedal clamp 38 being engaged with the plate 31. Then, the pedal clamp 38 is disengaged therefrom and the roller 26 applies a predetermined contact force as a load to the rear wheel tire 44.

摘要: A bicycle training and exercise device for stationary operation of a bicycle thereon, the device having roller and beltway members forming a riding platform for the bicycle, and a plurality of lever arms for supporting the bicycle on the device. The lever arms of the bicycle are movable laterally in response to lateral movements of the bicycle. The pivotally joined lever arms provide substantial support for the bicycle and rider while closely simulating actual riding conditions.

摘要: The disclosure describes a stationary bicycling stand which supports the rear wheel of a bicycle above a supporting surface and stabilizes the bicycle during stationary operation. The stand comprises a base which contacts the supporting surface on both sides of the rear wheel and at least two rigid support members having a lower portion attached to the base and an upper portion attached to the bicycle frame at two generally vertically spaced positions. The stand may additionally comprise a third rigid brace having a first and second portion. The first portion is attached to and extends beneath and generally parallel to a central section of the bicycle frame and the second portion attaches to the base.
