摘要： A buoyant pool float for floating in water is disclosed. In one embodiment, the buoyant pool float includes a body having a four-piece construction including an upper flotation member and a lower flotation member having a sidewall and bulkhead interposed therebetween. The upper flotation member is generally flat and sized to accommodate a human in a semi-reclining or reclining position, for example. Further, the upper flotation member is superposed above the lower flotation member, which is sized to correspond to a front end of the upper flotation member. The sidewall is positioned about the exterior of the body and the bulkhead within the interior of the body such that two sealed air holds are provided within the buoyant pool float. The two sealed air holds contribute to stability and buoyancy.

摘要： A buoyant pool float for floating in water is disclosed. The system has a first interlocking swim noodle including a first central core defining a first longitudinal axis coaxial with the first central core and a first periphery disposed about the first central core. The first elongated swim noodle further comprises alternating nodes and alcoves disposed about an entirety of the first periphery. The first nodes diverge outwardly from the first central core and extend longitudinally generally parallel to the first longitudinal axis. The first alcoves converge outwardly from the first central core and extend longitudinally generally parallel to the first longitudinal axis. The first nodes and the first alcoves are arranged to mate by resistance fit with the second elongated swim noodle.

摘要： A teaching aid is provided for use in swim training. The teaching aid comprises a unitary body that is approximately U-shaped. The body defines an opening adapted to receive a torso of a swimmer. The body further comprises a pair of end portions, each of which is tapered to a rounded tip. The end portions further comprise inward-facing fins. A method using a teaching aid for a variety of swimming techniques including front kick, back kick, starfish, doggy paddle, front crawl, back crawl, elementary back, breaststroke, dolphin kick and eggbeater kick is also provided. A method of using the teaching aid and a method of providing instructions to a swimmer to use the teaching aid are also provided.
