摘要： A plush pillow toy in any number of shapes comprised of two fabric covered or molded cushioned members or a single fabric covered or molded folding cushioned member, that when opened or unfolded, form a play area roughly double the size of the original pillow. The interior is revealed when the two cushioned members or single folded member of the original pillow are opened, unfolded, or otherwise separated, forming a playing surface or terrain for small toys, figures, or any number of accessories. A flap or other hinge apparatus may be used to hold the two cushioned members of the pillow structure together. The hinge apparatus may be designed to disengage the two members to allow the two members to be used independently. A zipper, hook and loop, or other means of fastening is used to hold the two members or single folding member of the pillow in the closed pillow configuration. The fastening apparatus may be comprised of a single point, multiple points, or a complete perimeter fastening apparatus. When unfastened, the two members or single folding member, open to reveal the interior plush play area or terrain. The opened play environment may be roughly double the size of the original pillow, and may include small plush landscape details, buildings, hills, or other environmental or terrain attributes as part of the play area.

In one embodiment, several backpacks or bags can be interconnected to form a large play surface when unfolded into the open position. A bag or a backpack of the present invention also can be hung on a wall or other vertical surface, displaying a theme or design, and a supplemental section of play surface also can be added to such hanging bag or backpack.

摘要： The invention relates to a reversible doll/hat that can be altered from a doll shape into a wearable hat and back to a doll. The doll/hat has a doll portion and a hat portion, where the doll portion defines an internal cavity, and has a head portion, a torso portion fixedly attached to the head portion, an aperture having a perimeter that provides access to the interior cavity, and a zipper for closing the aperture. The hat portion has a crown having a front, a back, an exterior, an interior, and an inner periphery, a brim fixedly attached at the front of the crown, and a headband fixedly attached to and extending around the inner periphery of the crown. The headband is associated with the perimeter of the aperture, such that the perimeter of the aperture and the zipper each form part of the headband. In a first configuration, the hat portion is placed within the internal cavity of the doll portion, such that at least part of the brim functions as stuffing for the doll head and at least part of the crown functions as stuffing for the doll torso. In a second configuration, the hat portion can assume the shape of a wearable hat. The doll portion can be collapsed and placed within the interior of the crown of the hat, so that the doll portion is not visible when the hat is worn.

摘要： An object capable of having its shape altered has a first cloth-like material formed in a first predetermined shape, an aperture formed in the first material so that an internal hollow of the first shape can be accessed and a second pliable material positioned within the internal hollow and formed to assume a second predetermined shape. The second material is connected to the first material at the internal hollow so that the second material can be withdrawn from the internal hollow through the aperture. In this formation, the aperture is common to both the first and second materials. By extracting the second material from the aperture, the first material can be inserted or pushed through the aperture into the internal hollow, where eventually, the first material and shape are completely contained within the internal hollow and surrounded by the second material. Therefore, the first material and its shape become undetectable as the second material and shape are exposed. The user can manipulate the first and second materials indefinitely to continually change the shape of the object.

摘要： A toy figure which is progressively transformable into different configurations. The figure has a body portion comprising a mass of compliant fill material with a fabric cover thereover. The body portion has fanciful material (e.g. facial components and appendages) integral therewith. A fabric segment is secured to the body portion and forms a pocket on the body portion. The pocket is resiliently deformable to allow parts of the body portion and its fanciful material to be forced through the pocket as the toy is changed from one configuration to another. The pocket has a memory and, when a desired transformation is achieved, the pocket is contractable to hold the figure in a new configuration. The top figure preferably depicts a fanciful three dimensional character in one of its basic configurations and is transformed into a ball-like form in another of its basic configurations. When the figure is in its ball-like form, some of the fanciful material is visible to give the ball-like form a fanciful appearance.
