摘要: The present invention discloses a counterweighted vibration device and a manufacturing method thereof. The counterweighted vibration device includes a shell provided with a hollow cavity and a vibration assembly, wherein the shell is provided with two elastic support structures located at two ends of the vibration assembly, and the shell is further provided with slots configured for passage of the two ends of the vibration assembly and to be in communication with the hollow cavity; the vibration assembly includes two counterweights each located at one of the two ends thereof, short strong magnetic strips each adjacent to one of the counterweights, a long strong magnetic strip located between the two short strong magnetic strips, and two fixing screws located on two sides separately and configured to couple the counterweights, the short strong magnetic strips and the long strong magnetic strip together; the vibration device further includes two coils, and a change in a current flowing through each of the two coils causes a magnetic force to change, so as to produce vibration of the vibration assembly in proportion to the change in the current; and the counterweights are of a non-magnetic material. In the present invention, a magnetic field generated by the short strong magnetic strips and the long strong magnetic strip is limited to a smaller range, so that the movement range of the magnetic field of the vibration assembly during vibration is reduced, thereby reducing the influence on the coils and providing a better vibration effect.

摘要: An ultrasound probe includes: a metal case including a bottom wall portion having a vibration surface, and a side wall portion connected to the bottom wall portion; a coil mounted on one surface of the side wall portion; and a magnet mounted in such a way as to sandwich the coil between the magnet and the one surface of the side wall portion, in which the coil causes an eddy current to occur in the one surface of the side wall portion, and causes the bottom wall portion to vibrate, by using a Lorentz force occurring in the side wall portion because of the interaction between the eddy current and a magnetic field generated by the magnet.

摘要: This specification describes a transducer configured to convert electrical signals into vibrational movement. The transducer comprises an axially-magnetised reciprocating magnet magnetically suspended between first and second axially-magnetised stationary magnets located on opposing sides of the axially-magnetised reciprocating magnet, wherein the axially-magnetised reciprocating magnet comprises an aperture such that the reciprocating magnet has an inner boundary and an outer boundary. The transducer further comprises at least two pairs of concentrically positioned electromagnetic solenoids, the at least two pairs of concentrically positioned electromagnetic solenoids being configured to drive the reciprocating magnet to reciprocate in a volume between the first and second axially-magnetised stationary magnets. The first solenoid of each of the pairs of concentrically positioned electromagnetic solenoids is positioned to influence the reciprocating magnet at the inner boundary more than at the outer boundary, and a second solenoid of each of the pairs of concentrically positioned electromagnetic solenoids is positioned to influence the reciprocating magnet at the outer boundary more than at the inner boundary.

摘要: In one embodiment of the present disclosure a haptic actuator is disclosed. The haptic actuator includes a housing, a movable mass, and a pivot assembly attaching the movable mass to the housing. The haptic actuator includes at least one magnet attached to the housing. The magnet is at least partially aligned with the electric coil. The movable mass moves with respect to the at least one magnet when a signal is applied to the coil.
