    摘要: The present invention provides a parting locking device configured such that a locking member can be uncoupled from a base holder even with a locking bar inserted in the locking member, and the locking bar stably moves. The locking bar includes a thick-walled and thin-walled portions. In a first state in which the thick-walled portion is located between an engagement element and the inner surface of a bar inserting hole, and in a third state in which the locking bar is pulled out of the locking member, the engagement element is moved to first or second engagement element paths, and the locking member is uncoupled from the base holder. In a second state in which the thin-walled portion is located between the engagement element and the inner surface of the bar inserting hole (9), the engagement element is engaged with engagement recesses, thereby keeping the locking member coupled to the base holder.

    摘要: Apparatus for actuation of split locking nuts of a two platen injection molding machine. Each split locking nut has opposed mating nut halves movable in translation relative to a strain rod therebetween to selectably engage the strain rod. Mating nut halves of two split locking nuts are interconnected by connecting rods to define a pair of split nuts: a master split locking nut driven by an actuator; and a slave split locking nut to which motion is transferred by the connecting rods. Motion of a driven nut half of each master split locking nut is coupled to the opposed mating nut half by at least one coupling mechanism, each comprising a pivot arm and two pivot links interposed between the pivot arm and the opposed mating nut halves whereby translation of a driven nut half is coupled to effect equal and opposite translation of the opposed mating nut half.

Each stopper device has at least a driving unit and a stopper part which is driven in a mold opening and closing direction relative to the movable platen by driving of the driving unit and can engage with the half nut device from the fixed platen side. No winding transmission mechanism is interposed between the driving unit and the stopper part.

    摘要: A movable platen (4) capable of advance and retraction with respect to a fixed plate is provided with a tie bar connecting device (12) for meshing a split nut (18) with the multiple groove portion (16) of a tie bar (10), and a mold clamping cylinder (20) operable with the split nut (18) serving as a reaction force point. The mold clamping cylinder (20) comprises a primary piston (22) contacting the split nut (18) and a secondary piston (24) movable relative to the primary piston (22). It is arranged that the movable platen (4) is stopped just before the position at which the movable mold contacts the fixed mold, and in this state the split nut (18) is reliably meshed with the multiple groove portion (16). Thereafter, the secondary piston (24) and primary piston (22) are moved integrally with respect to the movable platen (4) so as to effect mold contacting and mold clamping. After molding, the secondary piston (24) and the primary piston (22) are relatively moved to effect mold release.
