    摘要: A printing apparatus having an automatic printing sheet feeder integrated thereto to improve mass productivity. The printing apparatus includes a base, a moving stage, an automatic printing sheet feeder, and a printing roll. The moving stage is linearly movable along the base, and has a lithographic plate seated on the top surface thereof, the lithographic plate having a printing pattern thereon. The automatic printing sheet feeder is installed on the moving stage. The automatic printing sheet feeder includes an unwinding roll, which supplies the printing sheet, a rewinding roll, which collects the printing sheet, and a plurality of guide rolls, which guide the printing sheet to pass through the printing area of the moving stage. The printing roll is installed on the base, and performs printing by transferring ink from recesses of a printing pattern of the lithographic plate to the printing sheet on the moving stage.

    摘要: In an alignment stage, a top table 4a, which holds a work piece on which a moving load acts, is disposed above a base 1, and a supporting unit 13 each having three degrees of freedom of X, Y, and θ and driving units 14A, 14B, 14C, and 14D, each having a one-axis direction ball screw linear motion mechanism 9 in addition to the same configuration as that of the supporting unit 13, are interposed between the base 1 and the top table 4a to be disposed at locations corresponding to the center and four corner portions of the top table 4a, which are disposed in a zigzag fashion in a load movement direction L. The ball screw linear motion mechanisms 9 of the driving units 14A and 14B of diagonal positions on one side and the ball screw linear motion mechanisms 9 of the driving units 14C and 14D of diagonal positions on the other side are disposed to be at right angles to each other. A moving load which acts on the top table 4a through a work piece while moving in the load movement direction L is continuously received by the respective driving units 14A and 14C, the supporting unit 13, and the respective driving units 14B and 14D, so that deformation of the top table 4a is suppressed.

    摘要: A printing machine includes: a frame; a flat anilox plate that is fixed to and located on the frame and has a plurality of cells on an upper surface of the anilox plate; an ink supplying tool that supplies the ink onto the upper surface of the anilox plate; a surface plate that is fixed to and located on the frame and on which the substrate is placed; and a printing cylinder that is arranged above the frame and is capable of moving above the frame. The printing cylinder has a flexographic plate. The flexographic plate contacts the upper surface of the anilox plate, receives the ink, and transfers the ink onto the substrate. The flexographic plate is made of an elastic material. The viscosity of the ink is in a range of 51 cP to 200 cP (ink temperature: 23° C.) at the shear rate of the ink is 100/second.
