The sheet-metal power conductors are electrically interconnected and coupled to a power line via an on-off switch. The sheet-metal ground conductors are secured, each by a threaded fastener element of electrically conducting material, to a visor frame of conducting material which is to be held at ground potential. The fastener elements serve the purpose of both grounding the required lamp terminals and mounting the complete vanity mirror assembly to the visor. No wiring is required for grounding the lamps.
