摘要： Infant carriers are stably supported and transported by being positioned on a frame set on wheels. The frame may include an infant carrier holder with a floor with a ramp and sidewalls. The infant carrier holder may be integral with the frame or may be mounted to a mounting device that can be adjusted for mounting angle or height. A handle is provided to the frame at a position that is suitable for a person in a wheelchair to grasp the frame and move the transport. A handle suitable for a standing person to grasp the frame may optionally be provided. The transport permits a person that may have difficulty carrying or transporting an infant carrier to more easily transport the infant carrier in a standing or a seated position, the latter as may be the case with a wheelchair occupant. The transport may be fastened to the wheelchair.

摘要： A multi-use child seating apparatus is provided for attachment to a number of frame structures, including a shopping cart, a table, a walker unit, a child activity center, and the like. A seating unit includes a seating frame and a flexible seat for receiving a child in a seated position therein. A mounting mechanism attached to the seating frame is adapted for mounting the seating apparatus to a frame structure, such as the handlebar of a shopping cart, and at least one connector is provided to secure the seating apparatus to the frame structure and brace the seating unit from movement when a child is seated in the flexible seat. A plurality of legs may be movably connected to the seating frame and moved to a deployed position to engage a frame structure, such as a table, to further secure the seating apparatus to the frame structure.

The portable, collapsible child safety seat comprises a seat support frame member securable to an interior rear wall of the shopping cart wherein the seat support frame comprises a first L-shaped member and a second L-shaped member. The portable, collapsible child safety seat further comprises a collapsible seating member for suspending a child within the shopping cart, having a first longitudinal side coupled to the first L-shaped support frame member and a second longitudinal side coupled to the second L-shaped member and a rotatable horizontal support bar coupled to the seat support frame member wherein the horizontal support bar serves to maintain the seat support frame in a full extended position. Henceforth, existing shopping carts, having coupled thereto the portable, collapsible child safety seat of the present invention, are capable of accommodating two children. One child can be accommodated in the foldable compartment of the shopping cart and the other child can be accommodated in the portable, collapsible child safety seat of the present invention.

摘要： A detachable carrier for shopping carts that include elevationally spaced horizontal top and bottom cart basket frame members, and a handle situated rearwardly of the basket. The carrier includes a carrier basket with first hook members extending forwardly of the front basket wall and elevationally spaced second hook members on the carrier basket. The second hook members are upwardly inclined, with hook throats opening rearwardly toward the carrier basket. Latch tubes on the second hook members are loosely mounted to the inclined shank sections of the second hook members and are retained on the second hook members to releasably latch and lock against the cart basket frame member, to safely secure the carrier to the cart. The latch tube members can be elevationally lifted to unlocked positions, thereby enabling release and removal of the carrier from the shopping cart. Bottom, first hook members cooperate with the top, second hook members to releasably secure the carrier to the cart.

The holder can be adjustably mounted to a gate or a basket of the shopping cart and may/may not interfere with nesting operations. The holder permits an infant carrier to be supported on a shopping cart without using a significant amount of shopping cart space or interfering with nesting operations.
