According to the invention, the track bracket and the tread element are formed integrally, wherein the tread element is extended over a large part of a length in the longitudinal direction of the base rail.

摘要： A snowmobile traction stud support and enhancement device includes a base and at least one boss that extends from the base. Each boss includes a boss aperture through which a stud can pass. Support flanges around the at least one boss can be longer, shorter or equal to the length of the at least one boss. The support flanges extend from the at least one boss to a base plate, and can be tapered or straight, with differing wall cross-sections. The stud support is lightweight, has improved traction, and heightened resistance to bending, thereby increasing performance characteristics.

The bracket is arranged such that fastening the fastener 17 causes the second clamping member 15 to draw the first clamping member 13 towards the elongate body 5 to releasably secure the elongate body 5 to the continuous track 3. 摘要： In some implementations, a flexible track for a tracked vehicle comprises a flexible belt with an inner surface and a ground-engaging surface, the ground-engaging surface comprising outwardly projecting lugs spaced apart along the track, wherein at least one of the lugs comprises a vertical section having a curved leading edge. In some implementations, the flexible track comprises a flexible belt with an inner belt surface, an opposite outer belt surface and at least one track bar attached to the outer surface and extending approximately perpendicular to a direction of the track's travel, the track bar having an outer surface with multiple projecting lugs and an inner surface with at least one holding element, and wherein when the track bar is tightened against the outer belt surface, the holding element engages the outer belt surface, thereby reducing slipping between the flexible belt and the track bar.

摘要： An amphibious vehicle for transiting deep or shallow waters and/or the full range of wetland and dry soil environments, consists of a box-like structure with buoyant tracks that are powered to move around the structure. The buoyant tracks encircle the vehicle's length and extend laterally for a substantial portion of the vehicle's width or beam. When operating in water the buoyant tracks provide a majority of the buoyancy keeping the box-like structure above water surface or its tracks can be flooded to submerge the vessel. The amphibious vehicle can transport heavy equipment and personnel from ships located offshore, across undeveloped beaches, to positions ashore.

The conversion package comprises a pair of elongated pontoon assemblies secured to each other in a spaced apart manner by transverse support beams telescopically and detachably connected to transverse sleeves located in each pontoon the beams fitted with a base to support and attach a land excavator in an operational manner. Each pontoon includes an endless track guided around it longitudinally and threaded around a head and tail sprocket assembly, the tail sprocket assembly being inboard and fully protected, driven by a hydraulically motor attached to a fully enclosed internal gear reducer. The endless track, configured with only two chain runs on each pontoon, is attached to a light weight traverse channel cleats A series of polymer guide or wear blocks are also provided, attached to each cleat. The head and tail sprocket assemblies include stub shaft and bushing bearings lubricated by an internal oil reservoir with full submersion of the gear reducer.

摘要： A two-piece traction stud for a snowmobile track includes a base and a tip. The base includes a cylindrical shank preferably having external threads. A planar head extends perpendicular to the shank. The tip includes a first end terminating in a point. A second end opposite the first end has a recess formed therein. The recess is sized to receive the shank and preferably has internal threads for cooperatively engaging the external threads of the shank. The track of the snowmobile has a plurality of apertures formed therethrough. A plurality of studs is mounted in the apertures. The base of the stud is mounted by pushing the shank through an aperture, and securing a fastener onto the shank. Then the tip of the stud is threaded or otherwise secured onto the shank.
