摘要： This invention is directed toward a compact, multifunctional tool and a method of making the compact, multifunctional tool. The embodiments disclosed include a comb and a variety of additional tools including a screwdriver, a wrench, a chip clip, a bottle opener, a retention device for storing headbands, elastics, ear buds, and the like, and a stand for propping up a mobile phone, tablet, book, magazine, and the like. The compact, multifunctional tool is preferably made of a monolithic, substantially flat body having cutouts or contours. The overall size of the compact, multifunctional tool, in a preferred embodiment, is less than the size of a standard credit card. This small size allows users to easily transport the tool in their wallet or pocket. By combining so many tools, each performing a different task, into a monolithic flat, compact body, this invention allows users to carry one small device that enables them to perform a wide variety of functions.

摘要： This application describes articulating closures for flexible containers, such as fluid bladders, that have an open end between two flexible walls. Disclosed closures can comprise articulating opposing arms that lock together in a flattened configuration to seal an end opening of a flexible container. The disclosed closures can include four or more rigid arms that are linked together at their ends via pivoting joints to form an articulable loop so that the closure can collapse to a flattened or closed configuration to seal a container and can open to a polygonal configuration. In the closed configuration, the closures can be locked to keep the opening sealed until a user intentionally unlocks the closure.

摘要： A combination sealing and cutting assembly for a bag comprises a first sealing strip and a second sealing strip. The first sealing strip and second sealing strip are connected at their corresponding ends. A slider block is movable along the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip. Movement of the slider block in a first direction brings the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip into sealing engagement with one another while movement of the slider block in a second direction releases the first sealing strip and the second sealing from said sealing engagement. A cutting mechanism is mounted on the slider block and moves with the slider block along the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip.

The package may be made from an outer highly flexible material defining a surface stable bag having a bottom four side walls and an opening portion. The opening portion may have a rigid reinforcing member attached to it. The rigid reinforcing member may be movable between a stable open and a stable closed configuration with one hand, allowing a user to open and close the package with one hand. Packages may be provided with moisture barrier properties to contain moisture containing personal articles, and dual bag configurations may be employed.
