摘要: A conveyor system is provided, comprising an endless belt mounted in a longitudinal direction through the service line, the endless belt having an upper transport portion adapted to move a wheeled structure through a service line, and a lower return portion, a support deck positioned below the upper transport portion of the endless belt to support the endless belt, the support deck having a belt contact surface extending along a top of the support deck and in contact with the upper transport portion of the endless belt, the belt contact surface being constructed from a material that is at least partially thermoplastic, a belt rinsing system including a rinsing system conduit arrangement connectable to a source of rinsing system liquid, and at least one belt rinsing arrangement, wherein each of the at least one belt rinsing arrangement includes a rinsing system dirt pass-through aperture in the support deck.

摘要: A conveyor track assembly section for a mechanical chain comprises a base plate, a wear track profile and a z-spring. The z-spring comprises a first arm, a second arm, and a third arm, in which the first arm, the second arm, and the third arm form a Z shape, and the z-spring is used to secure the wear track profile to the base plate. The mechanical chain is received within the wear track profile. A conveyor track assembly section may further comprise a plurality of placement pins and a plurality of z-springs to secure and align the wear track profile and the base plate. Multiple conveyor track assembly sections may be assembled together to form a conveyor track assembly for the mechanical chain.
