摘要: A device for supplying packets, in particular packets of cigarettes, wherein a conveyor feeds the packets successively and in steps into seats on a wheel by which the packets are transferred in steps to a cartoning machine for forming groups of "n" packets each; the packets being fed by the wheel through an exchange station where the wheel cooperates with a reintegrating store for supplying any empty seats with respective packets, and which is reloaded by receiving from the wheel the packets in a continuous sequence of "n" seats, so that the cartoning machine is fed with a gap which it absorbs by performing a no-load cycle.

摘要: In the proposed station for connecting a first line for conveying items with a second line for transferring the items, in particular for feeding a packaging machine, a storage container are situated near the lines for receiving items coming from the first conveying line. A manipulator moves the items between the lines and the storage container.

摘要: A variable capacity reservoir for cigarettes or similar rod-like articles comprises a pair of fixed upwardly extending helical guides located above the normal plane of conveyance of a laterally-flexible mass flow conveyor, and a drive carriage carrying wheels engageable with the conveyor and rotatable about the axis of the helical guides so as to reversibly deflect a variable length of conveyor around said guides. As the conveyor is advanced into or retracted from the helical guides, it is correspondingly transferred from or to a store arranged below the guides.

摘要: The dispenser comprises a feed belt (C) provided with transversely-arranged, equally-spaced tubes (3) receiving the articles to be dispensed which are held therein by stationary boundary walls. While being transferred between two magazines (1-2) in which it is to be stacked, the feed belt is submitted to a slight temporary torsion in the longitudinal direction, so that one end of the tubes will be directed downwards and upon passing in registry with an underlying opening (9) it will permit the articles housed within the tubes to be discharged by the action of gravity. In the upper portion of the guide (F) submitting the charger to said torsion, there is provided an opening (13) with which the top ends of the tubes on the feed belt become aligned during the step-by-step movement of the latter in a direction opposite to the dispensing direction, in order to fill the tubes with new articles to be dispensed.
