摘要： A portable temporary road sign structure comprises a sheet material substrate cut into a flat pattern having three interconnected panels: a display panel; a base panel; and a brace panel. The panels are formed to enable deployment into a self-supporting configuration in which the display panel is held upright when the base panel is placed on the ground. For transportation between sites the base and brace panels can be folded flat against the display panel whereby respective handle align for ease of carrying. Various apertures and formations are provided to enable the road sign structure to be held in place, when deployed, by roadside fixtures or weighted bollards.

摘要： A base for a temporary barrier, comprising (i) a support portion of plastics material on which is provided an upwardly extending spigot or socket for engaging with a part of the barrier; (ii) a first elongate, horizontally extending, ground engaging stabilising member of plastics material which is connected to and extends from the support portion to a first remote end; (iii) a first elongate stiffening member which is connected to the first stabilising member and extends horizontally from adjacent the first remote end towards the support portion; (iv) a second elongate, horizontally extending, ground engaging stabilising member of plastics material which is connected to and extends from the support portion to a second remote end in a direction opposite to the first stabilising member; and (v) a second elongate stiffening member which is connected to the second stabilising member and extends horizontally from adjacent the second remote end towards the support portion; wherein the first and second stiffening members are separate and do not define a continuous stiffening member extending from adjacent the first remote end of the first stabilising member to adjacent the second remote end of the second stabilising member. The use of the stiffening members, provides stiffness to the elongate stabilising members and means that the profile of the stabilising members can be kept low so as to reduce the danger of a pedestrian tripping over a foot of the base.

摘要： A marker cone system which provides users with greater spatial awareness and guidance when using marker cones for sports training or other sports and/or non-sports related activities. The marker cone system generally includes a weight which may be installed underneath the marker cone and a post receiver which may be installed within the channel of a marker cone. The post receiver and weight will generally be connected together, such as by threaded engagement, with the marker cone being secured therebetween. A marker post may be removably inserted within the post receiver to improve visibility or provide additional functionality. The marker post may include a slot to reduce wind resistance and one or more receiver openings adapted to removably receive cross members. By utilizing multiple marker posts with post receivers, one may construct a hurdle, fence, goal, or any number of structures for sports or non-sports applications.

摘要： A safety sign system comprises one or more traffic or informational signs, an expandable pole, a detachable umbrella canopy assembly, and a safety finial assembly. The signs are removably attached to a sleeve that surrounds a portion of a pole and rests upon a sign support. The sleeve with the signs attached swivels about the pole. The umbrella canopy assembly is attached to an upper end of the pole and may include additional features including reflective tape, vents, drop-down flaps, reflective coating, and lights. The safety finial assembly is removably attached to the top of the umbrella canopy assembly and may include flag supports, removable flags, and a safety light assembly. The safety sign system optionally further comprises a collapsible seat, a beverage holder, a satellite tracking device, a communication device, a base, and a control panel for operating the safety light and other features.

The portable stand is a hollow plastic shell, which resembles an upside down bucket. The diameter of the circular base is slightly larger than the diameter of the circular top. The circular top has two openings One opening in the center of the circular top is configured to be a socket for a standard 2-inch diameter PVC pipe stand-post. A second, smaller opening has a plug that can be removed to fill the hollow shell with sand when needed to provide additional weight and better stability for the portable stand.
