    摘要: A work machine includes a vehicle body, a blade supported so as to be rotatable about a pitch axis with respect to the vehicle body, a pitch actuator connected to the blade, a first sensor, and a controller. The pitch actuator causes the blade to perform a pitch motion about the pitch axis in a forward tilt direction and a backward tilt direction. The first sensor detects a first parameter relating to a penetration force of a blade tip of the blade in a downward direction. The controller determines whether the penetration force is insufficient based on the first parameter, and controls the pitch actuator to cause the blade to perform the pitch motion in the forward tilt direction upon determining that the penetration force is insufficient.

    摘要: A control system for a work implement of a machine having a frame is provided. The control system includes a pair of lift cylinders operatively coupled to the work implement and configured to raise or lower the work implement with respect to the frame. Each of the lift cylinders has a rod end and a cap end. The control system includes a first cross-over line configured to fluidly communicate the rod ends to each other and a second cross-over line configured to fluidly communicate the cap ends to each other. The control system includes a cross-over valve disposed in one of the first and second cross-over lines and configured to regulate a flow of hydraulic fluid therethrough. The control system further includes a controller communicably coupled to the cross-over valve and configured to at least partially close the cross-over valve during a dump cycle of the work implement.

    摘要: A work vehicle may include a chassis, a ground-engaging blade, a sensor, and a controller. The ground-engaging blade may be movably connected to the chassis via a linkage configured to allow the blade to be raised or lowered relative to the chassis. The sensor may be connected to the chassis at a fixed relative position to the chassis and configured to provide a pitch signal indicative of a rotational velocity in a pitch direction. The controller may be configured to receive the pitch signal and send a command to raise or lower the blade, the command based on a first gain and the pitch signal when the pitch signal indicates a rotational velocity in a first direction and based on a second gain and the pitch signal when the pitch signal indicates a rotational velocity in a second direction.

    摘要: A control system for controlling a position of an implement of a machine operating on a terrain includes a controller configured to generate a signal indicative of a desired cylinder velocity of an actuator associated with the implement of the machine and an operating mode sensor configured to generate a signal indicative of an operating mode of the machine. The control system includes an instability detection module which receives the signal indicative of the desired cylinder velocity of the actuator from the controller and the signal indicative of the operating mode of the machine from the operating mode sensor. The instability detection module detects an instability condition based on the signal indicative of the desired cylinder velocity of the actuator and selectively adjusts a controller gain associated with the desired cylinder velocity based at least in part on the instability condition and the operating mode of the machine.
