    摘要： An operating device includes a rotary shaft, an operating handle, an operating wire, and a drive unit; wherein this drive unit includes: a rotary member, a rotary windup member, a locking device for mutually locking the rotary member and the rotary windup member until the rotary windup member rotates in the forward rotational direction from a first operating position and reaches a second operating position, a lock release device for releasing the lock between the rotary member and the rotary windup member so the rotary windup member rotates in the reverse rotational direction and moves to the first operating position regardless of any operation of the operating handle when the rotary member and the rotary windup member reach the second operating position, and a biasing device for restoring the rotary member to an initial position at which a toilet flush operation can be started from the operating position.

    摘要： A flush device for water closets comprising an overflow tube, a flush lever, a handle connected to a first end of the flush lever, a flapper ball, a connecting device and a lever restraining device. The connecting device comprises a support guide having a rod member having its first end connected to a ring member which is affixed to the overflow tube, and its second end connected to a pulley, a long robe is looped onto the pulley having at first end connected to the flapper ball and the second end connected to a second end of the flush lever via the pulley, a short robe having at first end connected to the flapper ball and the second end connected to the second end of said flush lever. The lever restraining device being in a form of an angular restrainer has a ring connector attached to the overflow tube, a right-angled stop rod at a first side of the ring connector, and a positioning screw at a second side of the ring connector. This device controls the amount of the flush water discharged.

    摘要： An improved toilet flapper valve (10) designed to directly replace either a conventional toilet flapper valve or tank ball valve. The valve (10) allows a toilet user to selectively determine the quantity of water used for a toilet flush by controlling the time that a toilet flush handle (38) is held in the depressed position. The water quantity used depends on whether liquid or solid waste is to be flushed. For liquid waste, a partial flush is used; for solid waste a full flush is recommended. The valve (10) consists of a resilient body having a cavity (12) located over the toilet tank drain (34). The cavity houses a weight (16) that fulfills two functions: it provides the weight necessary to make the valve non-buoyant and it produces under the area of the weight, a flat rigid section (18) that extends radially over and beyond the perimeter of the valve seat (36). This rigid section provides a positive seal without sagging which can produce unnoticed leaks.
