    摘要: A method is provided for manufacturing a wind turbine rotor blade in which the blade is formed as a laminated structure by laying a composite material of fibre reinforcement material and/or core material in a mould defining the shape of the blade; evacuating the mould after laying the composite material; introducing a liquid polymer into the evacuated mould and wetting the composite material; curing the liquid polymer after the composite material has been wetted; and removing the mould after curing the liquid. At least one lightning conductor is integrated into the composite material before wetting it with the liquid polymer. Moreover, a wind turbine rotor blade made from a single laminated structure is provided with at least one lightning conductor is integrated into the laminated structure.

    摘要: A discharge apparatus for a wind turbine is disclosed that enables electric charge to be discharged between a first and a second part of the wind turbine that are rotatable relative to each other. The discharge apparatus includes a charge transfer unit electrically connected to the first part, and an electrically conductive slideway electrically connected to the second part. The charge transfer unit includes an electrically insulative sliding member that maintains mechanical contact with the slideway, and a spark-gap electrode electrically connected to the first part and that moves in unison with the sliding member over the slideway. The spark-gap electrode and slideway form a spark gap having a spark-gap width controlled by the sliding member. The first and second parts are electrically isolated from each other in the absence of a spark, and discharge occurs by sparks bridging the spark gap.

    摘要: A lightning current transfer arrangement for a wind turbine is provided, to enable lightning current and electrostatic discharge current to be discharged from a first and a second part of the wind turbine being rotatable relative to each other. The lightning current transfer arrangement is arranged to provide electrical contact between the first and second parts, and has a current transfer unit electrically coupled to the first part, and an electrically conductive slideway electrically coupled to the second part, and rotatable relative to the current transfer unit. The current transfer unit further has a slider elastically biased towards the slideway, where the slider comprises a slide piece made of conductive plastics and contacting the slideway, and an electrode made of metal and directed towards the slideway, the electrode and the slide piece being rigidly coupled.

    摘要: A lightning protection system is provided for a wind turbine. The wind turbine has an electrically grounded structure part, a main shaft electrically and mechanically connected to the grounded structure part, a blade hub rotationally connected via a main bearing to the main shaft and blades connected to the blade hub. The lightning protection system includes a down-conductor attachable inside one of the blades and a high voltage conductor for guiding lightning current, wherein a first end of the high voltage conductor is in electrical communication with the down-conductor. The lightning protection system also includes a high voltage contact attachable inside the main shaft, wherein a second end of the high voltage conductor is in electrical communication with the high voltage contact. Lightning current is guided from the down-conductor via the high voltage conductor to the high voltage contact.
