    摘要: A spring function component for a hydroelastic bearing is provided. The component includes an inner mounting connection, an outer mounting connection that radially encircles the inner mounting connection, and a spring body that flexibly connects the inner mounting connection and the outer mounting connection. The outer mounting connection is configured to be installed in an outer sleeve. In an assembled state of the outer mounting connection, the spring body at least partly forms a boundary between two working chambers configured to hold of a damping fluid, at least one choke channel is formed that hydraulically connects the working chambers to each other, and in addition to the choke channel there is at least one pressure relief valve configured so that when a specific pressure differential between the working chambers is exceeded, the at least one pressure relief valve opens and hydraulically connects the working chambers.

    摘要: A fluid-filled vibration damping device including: a primary liquid chamber which gives rise to pressure fluctuations based on deformation of a main rubber elastic body at times of vibration input; an auxiliary liquid chamber which gives rise to pressure fluctuations relative to the primary liquid chamber at times of vibration input; and an orifice passage that allows flow action of a scaled fluid between the primary liquid chamber and the auxiliary liquid chamber. The sealed fluid contains at least 0.03 volume % of a dissolved gas under atmospheric pressure at room temperature. A low-adhesion energy surface with a water contact angle of at least 90 degrees is provided on an inner surface of the primary liquid chamber.

    摘要: A vibration damping device including a first mounting member and a tube-shaped second mounting member elastically connected by a main rubber elastic body, the second mounting member being configured to be fixed by press fitting to an outer bracket. The second mounting member has a small-diameter fixed part at a first axial side thereof, and the fixed part is fixed in an embedded state to the main rubber elastic body so as to be covered by the main rubber elastic body. The fixed part has a surface shape with a corner made dull at an inner circumference edge part of an axial end part thereof. A press-fitting surface of the second mounting member to be fitted to the outer bracket has a larger diameter than that of the main rubber elastic body which covers the fixed part.

    摘要: In a vibration isolation device 10, a connection rod 12 penetrates through a cavity part 104 of a rubber elastic body 44 and the inner circumferential side of a main body plate 14. In addition, a stopper rubber 98 fixed on the outer circumferential side of a rod main body 13 of the connection rod 12 is placed in the cavity part 104 of the rubber elastic body 44. This allows the rod main body 13 aligned in overlying relation with the rubber elastic body 44 along the axial direction of the connection rod 12 to be stored in the device. Thus, a stopper member 96 fixed to the rod main body 13 of the connection rod 12 can form a stopper mechanism. Therefore, while suppressing the increase in dimension along the axial direction of the device, the dimension along the axial direction of the device can be prevented from expanding by the stopper mechanism for preventing the excessive displacement along the direction orthogonal to the axis of the connection rod 12.

    摘要: An improved hydraulic engine mount includes a main rubber element of one piece construction. The main rubber element includes an upper portion, an intermediate portion, and a lower portion. The lower portion includes an interlocking seal portion. The hydraulic engine mount includes an upper housing and a lower housing. The interlocking seal portion includes an upper protrusion operable to fit within an upper groove of the upper housing to fit together to form a tight locking seal. The upper housing further includes an upper protrusion operable to connect to an upper groove of the main rubber element. The upper groove of the main rubber element is annular and extends around the lower portion of the main rubber element. The lower portion of the main rubber element further includes a generally axially extending second protrusion abutting both the upper housing and the lower housing. The lower housing includes a protrusion abutting a second protrusion of the main rubber element and fitting within a second groove of the main rubber element. A third protrusion of the main rubber element abuts the protrusion of the lower housing, a top plate of an inertia track assembly, and defines the lower section of an upper chamber. Additionally, a sealing bead is molded to the bottom of the main rubber element to seal against the top of the inertia track.
