    摘要: A calibration method for a liquid flowmeter comprising: providing a first tank (12) for receiving said liquid to be measured and a liquid storage tank (14) connected to said first tank (12); providing a liquid delivering line (9) for conveying the liquid from said liquid storage tank (14) to an external device; providing a weighing sensor (22) for weighing the liquid contained in either the first tank (12) or the liquid storage tank (14), wherein during performing the calibration for the flowmeter (20): disconnecting the liquid delivering line (9) in a conveyance direction downstream of the liquid flowmeter (20) from the external device; connecting said liquid delivering line (9) in the conveyance direction downstream of said liquid flowmeter (20) to a calibrating line (7) connected to said first tank (12); and determining a flow rate of the conveyed liquid within a predetermined time interval based on the change in the liquid weight measured by said weighing sensor (22) in said predetermined time interval, wherein the liquid from said liquid storage tank (14) is delivered through the liquid delivering line back to said first tank (12), and the flow rate of the liquid from the liquid storage tank (14) to said first tank (12) is controlled so as to be substantially constant during calibration.

    摘要: A calibration system and methods for flow metering technologies integrates a known primary reference standard (e.g., a gravimetric scale), configured to determine a mass of calibration fluid, in parallel with surrogate secondary masters (e.g., Coriolis effect flowmeters) connected via an adjustable flowpath having a closed loop mode, including a meter bank, a pump and a measuring section, and an open loop mode, including a reservoir, the meter bank, the pump, the measuring section and the primary reference standard, which enables calibration duality and redundant meter under test confirmation of calibration factors. The disclosed systems and methods enable life cycle assurance of the primary reference standard and the secondary masters' standard reliability and reproducibility over time and, as a redundant system, enable calibration of multiple flow metering technologies, such as, for example, volumetric, mass, density, viscosity and Reynolds number-reliant technologies, in one homogenous system.

The flowmeter calibration system for the cryogenic propellant rocket engine includes a container filling unit, a container, a supply pipeline, a weighing unit, a quick recovery container, a weighing and filling recovery unit and a recovery unit which are sequentially connected; the container filling unit is configured to connect a tank wagon with the container; and the supply pipeline includes a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor, as well as a first isolation valve, a reference flowmeter, a calibration flow adjusting manual valve, a vertical main pipe and N circumferentially and uniformly distributed horizontal pipes which are sequentially connected by a pipeline.
