    摘要： An analog time-indicating device, such as a watch, which can be read from either of two opposite view points, has time information displayed on its face in a circular array of twelve hour-representing indicia of which two diametrically opposite indicia, visually distinguishable from each other, serve to indicate first and second twelve o'clock reference positions. The watch has two sets of hour and minute hands, corresponding hands of which are displaced from each other by 180.degree.. The sets of hands are visually distinguishable from each other by size and color and are coordinated by color with the indicia representing the twelve o'clock reference positions to give an observer visual information for matching a set of hands with the twelve o'clock reference position appropriate for correct time indication.

    摘要： In this invention a watch case is attached to a support by means of an arrangement permitting separation of the case from its support whenever desired. To this effect the case includes a projection in the form of a bracket the riser of which is fastened to the case and the cross member is hollowed out to provide a spherical housing extended by two holes the diameters of which are less than that of the spherical housing. The frontal face of the cross member is provided with a slot. The support is equipped with a stem terminating in a ball. The ball is dimensioned in order that it may be forced into the spherical housing within which it may move freely with a slight amount of play. This attaching system enables coupling a pocket watch to a chain as well as a watch to a display support.

    摘要： The case (1) of the watch carries, along its periphery (5), hooking members in the form of rings (6a, 6a', 6b, 6b', 6c, 6c'), these rings being disposed radially relative to the center (7) of the dial (2) and hence of the watch. A chain (8) is fixed by loops (9, 10) at its ends to two (6c, 6c') of these rings and passes through the other rings (6a, 6a', 6b, 6b'), passing several of times around the wearer's wrist. After the loops (9, 10) have been detached from their respective rings, the chain (8) can be passed in a different manner around the case, so that the watch can be hung around the neck. In order to make this change, the chain is equipped with a flat link (13) which can pass through radial slots provided in the periphery of the rings.
