    摘要: The temperature switch includes a housing, an actuator, a switch, and a force buffer situated between the actuator and the switch. The switch is movable between a first and second state in response to imposition and release of an actuating force FA. The force buffer transmits the actuating force FA from the actuator to the switch when compressed a first distance in the first direction by extension of the actuator in response to an increase in temperature ΔT1. At temperature T1, the force buffer transmits the force FA to move the switch from the first state to the second state. The actuator retracts a second distance in the second direction in response to a decrease in temperature ΔT2. At temperature T2, the force buffer releases the force FA and the switch moves from the second state to the first state.

A positioning ring is securely mounted on the adjusting block to turn therewith. Two spaced stops are provided to stop a projection of the positioning ring, thereby limiting turning of the adjusting block.

    摘要: A temperature limiter includes a switch head with a switching contact and a temperature sensor having elongate expansion elements of different thermal expansion coefficients. The expansion elements are fixed relative to one another in one end zone and movable relative to one another in the other end zone. Slidably supported in the switch head is a ram which abuts against the movable expansion element and has an end portion constructed to allow application of welding or soldering. A switch sleeve is placed over the ram end portion and adapted to actuate the contact. The switch sleeve is movable relative to the ram during a calibration phase, until reaching a position which is determinative for calibrating a desired response temperature of the switching contact. In this position, the switch sleeve is then securely fixed to the end portion by fusion welding or soldering.

    摘要: A thermally responsive switch includes an elliptic dome-shaped receptacle, a support conductively secured at one of two ends to an inner surface of one of two ends of the receptacle in the direction of its length, a bimetallic thermally responsive element secured at one end to the other end of the support with the other end opposite to an inner surface of the other end of the receptacle in the direction of its length with a predetermined space interposed therebetween, the thermally responsive element carrying a movable contact on the other end, and a metallic lid secured to the open end of the receptacle so as to hermetically close the open end of the receptacle. The lid has a through-hole through which a terminal pin is disposed with an electrically insulative material charged in the through-hole. Alternatively, two terminal pins may be disposed through two through-holes respectively. A fixed contact is secured to a portion of the terminal pin positioned in the receptacle so that the movable contact is engaged with and disengaged from the fixed contact. The receptacle includes a deformable contact pressure adjusting portion provided in the vicinity of the portion of the receptacle to which the support is secured.
