摘要： A coin operated infant changing table includes a generally rectangular housing supporting a movable cover unit secured to the housing in a pivotal fashion. A coin receiving unit controls an internal lock which releasably secures the pivotable cover unit to the housing in a closed position. Automatic product dispensing means are provided which dispense a convenience product during the opening motion of the cover unit and hinged support arms secure the extended position of the cover unit while providing safety members to partially enclose the infant placed upon the cover unit. A disposable paper roll provides a supply of fresh paper to the infant changing surface.

A preferred embodiment includes a pair of support surfaces spaced a predetermined distance apart for accommodating the body contours of a woman lying in a face down position; a void bounded by the two support surfaces; a pair of lateral support members extending upward from one of the two support surfaces; and a headrest support member which may accommodate the subject in either a face down or a face-up position. The massage table may include a number of built in attachments or accessories, such as mirrors, lights, sleeves or pockets for lotions and oils, aromatherapy pouches, heating elements, and other devices customary to the art of massage.

The basic device comprises a pillow, a sun screen, and means mounting the sun screen on the pillow such that, during use of the device, the sun screen shades the face of a person resting his head on the pillow. The mounting means comprises a telescopically extensible rod which is pivotably mounted at one end to the pillow and at the other end to the sun screen, and means are provided on the sun screen for holding a book open and in place on the side of the sun screen adjacent to the pillow. The radio is mounted in or on the pillow, and the pillow contains a closable compartment for the retention of the personal belongings of the person using the device.

摘要： A mirror for use in a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) apparatus is mounted above a bed of the MRI apparatus. The mirror is mounted onto a support arm that extends above and over the bed. The support arm is preferably transparent so as to minimize the amount of claustrophobic feelings induced in a patient. The support arm is attached at a lower end onto a base and also has teeth for insertion within a channel of the bed. The base has a ridge which is inserted into a second channel of the bed and has a post with a cam-shaped end for locking the mirror to the bed. The mirror can be moved to any location along the length of the bed and can also be moved to either side of the bed. Consequently, the location of the mirror can be easily adjusted according to the position of the patient so that the patient will always receive images reflected off of the mirror.

A waste chute is formed in the base or support platform of the diaper changing station and cooperates with a waste receptacle proximate the station for receiving used diapers and other related waste. Accessory hooks on the platform are configured to receive and hold diaper changing supplies, such as a diaper bag. An alternative embodiment of the diaper changing station utilizes a platform having nested sections which telescope to increase the effective depth of the platform.
