The holder includes a base member that can be inserted into or attached to the article of clothing or accessory. A hanger is connected to the base member and includes a loop connected to a support base. One or more openings can be provided on the base member. The support base and base member can be integrally formed. The support base can be formed from part of the article of clothing or accessory. The holder allows a wearer to insert a piece of a pair of eyeglasses, or a part of another personal item, through the loop and allows the item to assume a secure and relatively flat position. The holder may also include an RFID tag and/or a covered loop.

The holding assembly further comprises a bracket that extends from the wall. The ridge and the retaining wall have a cooperative shape and dimension to securely suspend eyeglasses. A swivel assembly comprises a hinge and a base wall. A clip assembly has a base wall and a concave wall. The clip assembly is mounted onto the bushing. The clip assembly is mounted onto a car visor, whereby a sufficient force is placed onto the clip assembly to cause the car visor to squeeze in between the ledge and a base wall.

    摘要： The holder for eyeglasses is a sleeve attached to a clip that holds one temple piece of a folded pair of eyeglasses. The sleeve is tubular, defining a cavity, an open top end and an open bottom end. The sleeve is made of elastic material to grip the temple piece. Optionally, a ring of elastic material is sewn to the top end of the sleeve to further retain the sleeve's grip on the temple piece. The clip is attached to the sleeve parallel to the cavity of the tubular sleeve. The clip permits the sleeve, which holds the eyeglasses, to hang from clothing or an article normally carried on the user's person, such as a purse.

    摘要： A spectacles caddy can be attached by its spring clip to a vehicle visor or other similar substantially flat, thin, and stiff object. The shell of the caddy is made in two shallow elongate half boxes attached together at one short end by a hinge, and at the other by a latch closure. The latch is released by an exterior push button. A deformable member is provided in each shallow half box to grip the arms of a pair of spectacles inserted into the caddy. The longer side of each shallow half box also includes recesses, so that the sides do not grip the spectacle arms. The hinge is also constructed to limit the angular opening of the caddy to at most 45°, and preferably to about 30°, so that when in use attached, for example to a vehicle visor, the spectacles do not fall out when the caddy is opened to retrieve them.
