摘要: A concave for an agricultural combine includes threshing beds carried by a base frame and forming openings therebetween for grain to pass through. Each threshing bed includes a first end, a second end, a length from the first end to the second end, an inner extremity, an outer extremity, and a separating grate extending across one of the openings for separating grain from threshed crop material. The separating grate extends along the length between the first end and the second end, is between the inner extremity and the outer extremity and includes grate openings and spaced-apart bars. The bars are between adjacent grate openings and include struts each connecting two adjacent parts of the separating grate between adjacent grate openings and severed bars each including bar segments extending inwardly toward one another to respective free ends on either side of a gap between adjacent grate openings.

摘要: Provided is a threshing cylinder with a threshing processing section provided on the rear side of a raking section. In the threshing processing section, a front support member, an intermediate support member, and a rear support member are supported by a threshing cylinder support shaft. A plurality of front-side divided threshing teeth support members are supported by the front support member and the intermediate support member in a state in which the front-side divided threshing teeth support members are arranged at the same arrangement pitch in the circumferential direction of the threshing processing section. A plurality of rear-side divided threshing teeth support members are supported by the intermediate support member and the rear support member in a state in which the rear-side divided threshing teeth support members are arranged at the same arrangement pitch in the circumferential direction of the threshing processing section.

摘要: A cleaning system for a combine harvester includes a sieve for capturing grain, and a magnetic propulsion system configured to move the sieve in a reciprocating motion with respect to a stationary housing of the combine harvester. The magnetic propulsion system includes a magnet that moves as the sieve moves and a plurality of electromagnets arranged along a path of movement of the magnet during a throw stroke and a return stroke of the sieve. During the throw stroke, the plurality of electromagnets may be one of attracted to and repulsed by the magnet. During the return stroke, the plurality of electromagnets may be another of attracted to and repulsed by the magnet. The magnet may move along an arc, and the plurality of magnet may be arranged along an arc adjacent to the magnet.

The cleaning system includes a shoe for holding a sieve of the cleaning system, a mounting surface disposed on the shoe, and a rocker arm either movably or removably connected to the mounting surface. The rocker arm is configured to be mounted to the mounting surface at at least two different locations on the mounting surface. Each location resulting in a different throwing angle of the shoe of the cleaning system.

摘要: An agricultural harvester includes a grain processing section having a sieve. The sieve is driven in fore and aft oscillation while permitting side to side movement by a pair of cast members interconnected each having three mounting points. Two of the mounting points of the members are interconnected by flexible rubber bushings and the third mounting point of one of the members receives fore and aft oscillating movement and the third mounting point on the second of the members pivotally interconnects to the sieve to drive it into fore and aft oscillation while permitting side to side movement.
