摘要： A pet nail clipper is provided. The pet nail clipper includes an upper arm and a lower arm. The upper arm includes a handle portion and a cutting portion having a blade. The lower arm also includes a handle portion and a cutting portion having a blade. A pivot bolt pivotally connects the upper arm and the lower arm together in between the handle portions and the cutting portions. A spring is attached to the upper arm and the lower arm. The spring biases the handle portions away from one another and biases the cutting portions away from one another. A deburring plate and a styptic receptacle are secured to the handle portions of the arms.

摘要： A pair of safe pet nail clippers includes a first handle and a second handle correspondingly disposed and pivotedly connected to each other. The first and second handles respectively include a blade portion and a handle portion. Blades of the blade portions of the first and second handles are provided in a concave shape. When the handle portions of the first and second handles are relatively opened to the maximum extent, an initial trimming hole is formed between the concave blades of the first and second handles. The first and second handles are provided therebetween with an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the relative opening of the handle portions of the first and second handles and the caliber of the initial trimming hole.

摘要： A light is disposed on a blade of a nail clipper and covered by a light housing. The housing is dimensioned and configured to the cutting edge of the blade of the nail clipper. The housing clears the cutting edge of the blade so as not to obstruct the cutting action of the blades in the clipper. Light emitted from the light housing is focused on a pet's nail intended to be cut due, in part, to the fact that the housing corresponds in shape to the cutting edge of the blade. The housing may be made of light diffusing material that also allows light to illuminate a pet's nail. The illuminated nail clipper allows a user to cut a pet's nail regardless of the position or angle of the nail and protects the users eyes from the direct exposure to the lighting source in the light housing.

摘要： Apparatuses disclosed herein aid in shearing animal claws. Specifically, the present invention provides a shearing apparatus having at least one curved blade, but preferably two curved blades, allowing cutting of the animal's claw from opposite sides of the animal's claw, and at least one well for placing the animal's claw therein, wherein said two curved blades are disposed at an aperture located at the bottom of the well. The well and aperture combination stops the animal's claw from being sheared too close to nerve endings and the animal's blood supply, preventing or minimizing the incidence of injury and suffering to the animal. Methods of using the apparatus are further disclosed herein.

摘要： A quick sensing pet nail clipper device for preventing cutting into a vein while clipping a pet's nails. The device includes a pliers having a first jaw, a second jaw, and a pair of handles.
