    摘要： A method for assembling shoe components includes the steps of: providing at least two shoe components, a shoe last and a film unit; placing the at least two shoe components on an outer surface of the shoe last; removably covering an assembly of the at least two shoe components and the shoe last with the film unit such that the film unit and the shoe last cooperatively define a confining space therebetween; and pumping air out of the confining space and heating the at least two shoe components to shrink and deform the film unit so as to press the at least two shoe components to adhere tightly to each other.

    摘要： A bonding press for cementing shoe soles to lasted uppers. A shoe support plate has an opening to receive the lasted shoe upper with the sole placed thereon. The lasted shoe upper is supported on a last support. A rigid press hood closed on the underside by a soft membrane, is selectively movable to a position to apply pressure to the sole in place on the upper. A control system has switching members for moving, releasing and filling the press hood with compressed air and venting the same. The control system also includes a switching valve adapted to be actuated by insertion of the shoe in the opening formed in the shoe support. The actuators and other elements of the system for controlling the movable press components are controlled by programmable control unit.

    摘要： A gluing press for shoes or other similarly shaped workpieces having a pressure-medium operated pressure cushion whose highly resilient diaphragm fixes the sole to be attached during the gluing operation on the shoe upper placed on a last and retained in a shoe-receiving device, a feed movement taking place between the pressure cushion and the shoe-receiving device before the gluing operation. A switch is disposed on the shoe-receiving device the switch being constrainedly operated by the introduction of the upper shoe and switches on the drive for the closure movement of the operative parts of the gluing press formed on the pressure cushion and the shoe-receiving device. A safety device is connected to one of the operative parts of the gluing press which, when deflected by an obstacle in the path of movement of the movable part of the gluing press, switches off or reverses the drive.

    摘要： An apparatus for pressing treatment of a shoe upper mounted on a last, which comprises a housing partly open on the service side and covered with a perforated sheet as well as closed all round and heat-protected on both sides. A movable shoe last includes a drive-and-control-device. A pressing cushion includes drive- and controlmembers, liftable from and lowerable to the shoe last. The shoe last and the pressing cushion are disposed in the housing. A cover plate has an insert opening corresponding with the configuration of the shoe last seen in vertical direction covering the pressing cushion within the range of its rearward end face. An insert device operates in a horizontal plane transmitting the shoe last from a ready position in front of the housing into a working position below the pressing cushion inside of the housing and reversing the same. Electric-pneumatic controls are provided which self-control the lifting movement of the pressing cushion; the driving movement of the insert device and the engagement of the pressing cushion in a timely dependent manner.
