Abstract:
Spill resistant dishware which has a bottom annular edge with this bottom annular edge adapted to rest on a supporting surface. A low tack adhesive is applied to the bottom annular edge. This dishware is capable of being fixed in position on the supporting surface by the adhesive with said dishware to remain in this position even during breezy conditions. However, the adhesive permits easy disengagement of the dish and resecurement of the dish on the supporting surface. This dishware's novel design allows the dishware to be stacked one upon the other without any adhesive coming into contact with the food or liquid holding compartments of the underlying dishware, without the need for adhesive liners.
Abstract:
A receptacle is fabricated to be folded prior to disposal to minimize waste disposal space. The receptacle includes a first portion including a plurality of fold lines and having a first surface area. The fold lines permit the receptacle to be folded prior to disposal such that the first portion has a second surface area. A fastening mechanism is attached to the receptacle on the first portion. The fold lines are formed to fold the receptacle such that the fastening mechanism maintains the receptacle in a folded position for disposal.
Abstract:
A food handling apparatus utilizes a web designed to cooperate with go box, as used by commercial food establishments such as restaurants and delicatessens, and connected to a handle such that a food service worker may grasp the handle with the go box lid open and safely ladle food into the box. The handle is angled to permit the box to overlie the handle and hand, thereby ensuring no contact with the internal surfaces of the box.
Abstract:
A refreshment center capable of holding a plate and a beverage container, formed of a rigid mold having first and second ends, a recessed portion sized to receive and hold a plate in the first end, and a hole and at least one L-shaped prong located in the second end to receive and hold almost any type of beverage container.
Abstract:
An integral assembly of a multiplicity of spaced reagent tubes arranged in an aligned series wherein the tubes are integrally linked to one another by connecting portions and to a corresponding multiplicity of independently spaced seal caps by a multiplicity of bands, each band having one end integral with a seal cap and an opposite end integrally connected to two adjacent tubes. The bands extend perpendicularly to the series of aligned tubes and include an oblique hinge portion which is deformable so as to allow the cap to be independently manipulatable to pivot angularly and to superimpose the open end of a tube for sealing.
Abstract:
This invention is a “renovated structure of bowl with the function of rotating and the changeable patterns”. Especially there are several selections of the patterns for the bowl. This invention is consisted by a mainframe, outer rings, patterned rings, and a base. The patterned ring is set on the outer ring, and the outer ring is fit in the mainframe from the downside, and then the base is combined with the mainframe. The outer rings may not only allow the bowl to rotate, but also provide various fascinating patterns for change. The consumers may choose their preferred patterns and colors on the bowl to create the lovely atmosphere in the kitchen.
Abstract:
A drying and organizing rack for kitchen utensils, flatware and china includes a support member comprised of a square lower platform having four leg members coupled therewith. The four leg members have lower ends\positionable on a recipient surface and upper ends disposed above the lower platform. At least two square trays are secured to the four leg members of the support member in a spaced relationship. The upper tray is defined by an open upper end, a lower end, and a peripheral side wall. The lower end has a drainage aperture therethrough. The open upper end has a plurality of compartments formed therein. The plurality of compartments dimensioned for receiving utensils, flatware, and china therein. The peripheral side wall has a plurality of cup hooks secured thereto.
Abstract:
Internal, liquid flow passages in a dispensing stopper which might accumulate residue from the liquid being dispensed are eliminated in a structure including a stopper base (24) adapted to be mounted on the mouth (12) of a bottle (10). A seal (64) is mounted on the base (24) and includes a fixed section (66) affixed to the base (24), a movable gasket section (38) movable toward and away from the stopper base (24) and away and toward a sealing surface (16) on a bottle (10) on which the base (24) is mounted, and an integral, thin web (76) of resilient material peripherally interconnecting and sealing the fixed section (66) and the movable gasket section (38). An actuator attachment section (52) is affixed to the movable gasket section (38) and a lever (36) is pivoted to the base (24) and to the actuator attachment section (52) at spaced locations.
Abstract:
A liquid container comprises: a cap; a container body having an opening, an inner bottom, a first sealing means sealing a cross section of the container body, the opening being enclosed by the cap so as to form a chamber between the cap and the first sealing means; a straw having a circumferential wall, an open end and a closed end, the open end contacting with the first sealing means, the closed end being attached to the inner bottom of the container body, a first bore further formed on the circumferential wall of the straw above the closed end; and a hollow adapter disposed within the chamber, the adapter having an end for piercing the first sealing means to engage and connect the open end of the straw, whereby liquid within the container body can flow from the first bore, through the straw, and out of the adapter.
Abstract:
A bowl assembly includes a base having a concave receiving area and a bowl with a compatibly shaped bottom for being fit within said receiving area. The bowl and the base include engaging formations for a mutual releasable engagement. In an alternate embodiment the bowl and base are formed as a single piece. In a further alternate embodiment, the bowl can be adjusted to assume a range of tilt angles with respect to the base. The bowl can be tilted toward the user to assist young children in retrieving food from the bowl with a utensil.
