摘要： An apparatus for positioning flowers within a vase comprises a first hollow hemispherical shell extending to a first hemispherical edge having a plurality of apertures extending therethrough, the shell formed of a plurality of members extending between each of the apertures having a smooth substantially circular cross section and a second hollow hemispherical shell extending to a second hemispherical edge having a plurality of apertures extending therethrough, the shell formed of a plurality of members extending between each of the apertures having a smooth substantially circular cross section. The first and second hollow hemispherical shells are matable to each other along a parting line formed by connecting the first and second hemispherical edges.

摘要： A method and device for supporting cut plants is disclosed. A flexible walled pouch is provided having a moisturized gel medium therein. The wall of the pouch is formed of a material which will resist accidental tearing or puncturing, yet enables the wall to be punctured to insert a plant material through the puncture. The material of the wall receiving the puncture can either be a nylon and polyethylene laminate or a wall panel formed of a polyurethane foam material. Both of these materials serve to seal around the plant material when the plant material is inserted through the puncture. The moisturized gel material may comprise a water and starch mixture.

摘要： A pot cover covers the dirt in a flower pot, and locks to the pot to prevent scattering of the dirt and to prevent access by a small child or pet. The pot cover is a disk that is normally flat. The disk is split so the disk can be overlapped to cause the disk to become conical. The cover has water holes to allow adequate moistening of the soil. There is a hole in the cover for the stem of the plant, and the area surrounding the hole has easily removable rings to allow expansion of the hole. A skirt is attached to the cover, the skirt being adapted to be fixed to the pot. In one form, the skirt locks firmly around the perimeter of the pot. In another form, tabs on the skirt engage a lip of the pot.
