摘要: A method and apparatus for efficiently strength training the upper and lower portions of the human body with consistent, constant, and measurable resistance is provided. This apparatus is a Z configured resistant member that has rotatable grips on two parallel sections thereof. A user grasps the grips, pulls or pushes the handles to provide tension, and rotates the devise around its central axis to perform a wide variety of exercises. In such a way, many muscles can be exercised in a single repetition. A method is provided for using the apparatus to perform exercises beneficial for efficiently strength training the user's upper and lower body.

摘要: An isometric force resistant exercise tool has a left handle form interfaced to a right handle form over an axle shaft locked to the right handle form, the axle shaft supporting a pressure plate, a compress able spring or set of springs, and a compression adjustment handle threaded onto the axle shaft and abutting the compress able spring or spring set, the pressure plate adjacent in assembly to a friction-resistive material fixed on the left handle form, the left handle form including a piston form interfacing with a ring housing on the right handle form, the piston form adjacent in assembly to a friction-resistive material fixed on the right handle form. Gripping the handle forms and rotating the against force resistance exercises one or more muscle groups.

摘要: A multi-functional sliding grip exercise device, specifically but not limited to: sliding grip medial pull-ups, sliding grip lateral pull-ups, lower back extension/sit-up assistance exercise. Exercise device will have rotatable rubber pegs attached to horizontal bars to aid in utility. Horizontal bar with apertures will have a resistance element housed within, preferably but not limited to springs; also housed within bar will be spring caps with an protuberance attached that will make contact with Handgrips appendage to engage springs. Handgrips may have indentations to support lower back bar for lower back extension/sit-up assistance exercise. Device may have adjustable resistance.

摘要: An exercise system for use with tools having weighted masses includes a housing having an upper end and a lower end, and a strike post having an upper end that is located above the upper end of said housing and a lower end that is located between the upper and lower ends of the housing. The strike post is configured to move along a vertical axis that extends between the upper and lower ends of the housing. A shock absorbing pad overlies the upper end of the strike post. A spring assembly is disposed between the lower end of the strike post and the lower end of the housing. During a physical exercise session, the shock absorbing pad is hit with a toll having a weighted mass to apply an impact force, which is transferred through the strike post to the spring assembly for compressing the spring assembly.

摘要: A portable exercise device includes a pedal pivotably connected to a pair of supports. The pedal has a neutral position relative to a pivot axis. The pedal is configured to rotate about the pivot axis in a first direction toward one support and in a second direction, opposite the first direction, toward the other support. The exercise device also includes a resistance mechanism configured to exert a force on the pedal about the pivot axis in a direction opposite to the respective direction of rotation of the pedal about the pivot axis. The device is movable between an open, in-use configuration, where the pedal is disposed in the neutral position to receive a foot of a user and the pair of supports together form a triangular base, and a closed configuration, where the pair of supports are flush against the pedal.

In the first configuration, the extension section is detached from the sleeve assembly. In the second configuration, the extension section is detachably attached to the sleeve assembly such that the resilient member resiliently opposes movement of the sleeve assembly relative to the support assembly in the compression direction.
