摘要： The present invention provides a multi-functional stunt kite, which has a slightly delta-shaped kite body comprising a plurality of struts and a covering cloth. Two sets of control strings of indeterminate length are connected to points near two lateral wings at the lower side of the kite body. Flying strings on the control strings are exploited to control the flying direction of the kite body two-handedly so that the kite body can make various kinds of stunt flights in the sky. Jointing tubes penetrating from upper side to lower side and a keel strut are joined on the kite body so that the jointing tubes at the lower side can be propped up. Thereby the stunt kite can stand away from the placed plane to be used as a decoration. A fragrant box can also be fixedly installed on the jointing tubes at the upper side of the kite body. Moreover, mobile or fixed bridles are respectively connected to three sides of the top surface of the delta-shaped kite body. Through the fixed bridles, the stunt kite can be hung at a place where air flows so that it can hover, fly, and flip automatically. Moreover, through the change of the hung position of the mobile bridles, the stunt kite can be hung at different angles so that it can make various kinds of stunt flights. The present invention is characterized in that one stunt kite can be controlled single-handedly to make regular rotation or tumbling, and two or more stunt kites can also be controlled single-handedly to make irregular jump or waft simultaneously.

摘要： This invention is directed to a novel integrated kite control bar and controlled tension release safety device for use in kite boarding. More particularly, this invention pertains to an integrated kite control bar and controlled tension release safety device which can be activated by a kite boarder by moving the control bar against a safety release device. A kite control bar and safety release device comprising: (a) a kite control bar; (b) a center line associated with the kite control bar and having a first end and a second end; (c) a safety release device associated with the first end of the center line on a first side of the control bar; (d) a hook engaging loop associated with the second end of the center line, on a side of the control bar opposite to the safety release device, and being linked to the safety release device, said loop being openable when the control bar is advanced against the safety release device at the first end of the center line.

摘要： A balloon kite is formed with a plurality of sized sheets of gas impervious sheet material that form one or more fillable interior chambers. The balloon kite is capable of being flown and deployed in the presence or absence of a critical level of wind. When the critical level of wind is present a balloon kite lifts and assumes an aloft position with the interior chamber or chambers filled with air. If the wind is below the critical level of wind, the balloon kite may be filled with a lighter-than-air gas and flown with a minimal amount of wind, and by an individual having minimal training. The balloon kite is structured with extended and folded portions that provide a simple and low cost reinforced attaching arrangement for securing a bridle and kite flying line to the balloon kite. One or more of the sized sheet is formed with a coiled tail portion. Each coiled tail portion is extendable when uncoiled and useful for stabilizing a balloon kite when in an aloft position.

摘要： A light-emitting kite apparatus includes a kite and a light-emitting device attached to the kite. The light-emitting device includes a light source and a circuit for driving the light source. The light source is a luminescent panel. The light source is mounted on a first side of the kite and the circuit is mounted on a second side of the kite. Two wires are used to connect the light source with the circuit. The wires are extended through a hole defined in the kite. The light source is mounted on the first side of the kite via a hook-and-loop device. The circuit is implemented as a circuit board. A micro-controller is installed on the circuit board in order to drive the light source to emit light in various ways. A switch is installed on the circuit board so that the switch can be operated in order to select from the ways in which the luminescent panel emits light. A vibration detector is installed on the circuit board under control of the micro-controller for detecting and notifying the micro-controller of vibration so that the micro-controller can cause the luminescent panel to twinkle. A box is used to contain the circuit. The box is mounted on the second side of the kite via a hook-and-loop device.
