    摘要: A valve seat processing machine configured to process a valve seat in a valve device including a valve body portion which forms a flow passage of fluid and a valve drive portion which drives a valve element capable of tightly engaging with the valve seat includes: a base portion attached to the valve body portion; a main body portion movable relative to the base portion; a support portion movable relative to the main body portion in a drive direction of the valve element; a main spindle rotatable relative to the support portion about an axis parallel to the drive direction of the valve element; a tool holder configured to hold a tool for processing the valve seat and movable relative to the main spindle in a direction intersecting the drive direction of the valve element; and a controller configured to control movement of the support portion and the tool holder.

    摘要: An auxiliary equipment for valve grinding is provided, including a main body, a driving shaft, a first linkage, a second linkage, a third linkage and a driven shaft. The driving shaft defines a first axial direction. The driving shaft is for connecting to a rotating tool. One end of the first linkage is connected to the driving shaft. The second linkage and the other end of the first linkage are connected to a first movable connecting portion. One end of the third linkage and the second linkage are connected to a second movable connecting portion. The driven shaft defines a second axial direction. When the first linkage rotates together with the driving shaft, the first movable connecting portion rotates about the first axial direction, the second linkage swings about the first movable connecting portion, and the second movable connecting portion swings about the second axial direction.

    摘要: An apparatus for the precision grinding of conical valve seats of nozzles, for example, injection nozzles for internal combustion engines. The body is entered hydraulically on a mandrel and a driver has a rubber O-ring braced against the nozzle body to frictionally engage it is rotation while passing through the mandrel for the shaft of a grinding tool which is located at the end of the mandrel. The system avoids radial clamping stresses on the workpiece and hence allows, precision low tolerance finish grinding to be achieved.
