Abstract:
A bicycle rack includes two rods with two plates pivotably connected therebetween and a secure device is connects the two plates. The secure device includes a locking member with a latch which extends through the body of the secure device and is engaged with two aligned apertures respectively defined through the two plates. The locking member is controlled by a lock device so that the latch is not disengaged form the apertures of the plates unintentionally. An operation member is connected to one of the two rods and a locking ring is connected to the other rod so as to be hooked on the operation member to clamp the two clamping members together to securely clamp the spherical receiver between the clamping members.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a net array for mounting in a frame, comprising a net part (2), a cable part (3) that is passed through all the edge meshes (10) of the net part except on one side (13) and whose configuration is adapted to that of the net part (2), in addition to an elastic tension element (6) that is passed through the edge meshes (14) of the cable-free side (13) of the net part (2). In order to simplify mounting of a holding net or the like having said net array, the net array (1) forms a pre-assembled unit whose cable part (3) and tension element (6) can be inserted into the frame with the purpose of mounting the net array (1) in said frame.
Abstract:
RECEPTACLE for use with a vehicle equipped with a vehicle receiver. The vehicle tow accessory attaches to a vehicle receiver and facilitates the transport of trash receptacles along driveways or small roads. The invention comprises separate parts that allow for adjustments to accommodate trash receptacles of various sizes. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, a trash receptacle tilts back to lean on a platform of the invention and is secured via chains or tethers.
Abstract:
There is disclosed a storage rack that can onload, secure, and offload a human transporter device such as a SEGWAY HT. The storage rack is attached to a vehicle such as a postal vehicle. The vehicle can thus transport a human transporter while the human transporter is itself secured to the storage rack. The storage rack includes a ramp. A human transporter can be loaded onto the storage rack under its own power by moving up the ramp, and the human transporter can be offloaded from the storage rack under its own power by moving down the ramp. The ramp is secured to the storage rack in an upright position when the carrying vehicle is in motion.
Abstract:
The uniqueness of this invention is how many different things you can use it to carry. The name nullThe Outdoor Carry-Allnull is derived from the fact that the product is an outdoor product and is versatile in what it can carry. It also takes less time to take items on and off then anything on the market today. Simply pull one pin and you're done. There are no wrenches or time-consuming effort to put items on or take them off. This does not mount to the rack of an ATV, so it doesn't dent or scratch the rack or ATV. By mounting in a receiver, this product moves with the ATV acting like a shock absorber so whatever you are carrying doesn't shake or move as much as it would if it were mounted to the rack. One of the benefits of this product is that it allows you to carry a lot items on the outside of a SUV or ATV so the items do not damage the vehicle. As will be explained in the following pages the Carry-All is easy to take on and off, of your vehicle, and is easy to take apart for travel or storage. Another benefit of this product is that the consumer who is hunting can carry their game (such as a deer out of the woods), since an ATV can go where most vehicles can't go.
Abstract:
A portable, collapsible trunk or cargo space organizer has: (a) an initially flat, rectangular main panel having a centerline between its ends, with a parallel fold line at a specified distance on each side of the centerline; these fold lines serving to define two movable, side sections and a middle section of this main panel, (b) a flat, rectangular middle panel whose top side corner edges have a specified radius of curvature, (c) flat, rectangular end panels whose width is approximately equal to the width of the main panel's middle section, and with the bottom edge of such end panels having a notch that is configured to cooperate with the middle panel's curved corner edges, (d) a strap of length approximately equal to the main panel's middle section, with each of the strap's ends attaching to one of the main panel's side edges and with its midpoint attaching to a point on the top edge of the middle panel, (e) means for coupling each of the top side corners of the end panels to one of the corners of the main panel's side edges, and (f) a means for hingedly coupling the middle panel's bottom edge proximate the centerline of the main panel.
Abstract:
A cargo carrier (10) for bicycles (Y1, Y2) is removably installable in the bed (B) of a truck (T) and has a base plate (12) which mounts on top of the truck bed. One side of the base plate bears against one wall (W1) of the truck bed and an adjustable stop (14) is adjustable to bear against the opposite wall (W2) so to allow the carrier to be installed in trucks having different bed widths. Saddles (40) have risers (42) extending vertically upwardly from the base plate. An attachment screw (62) extending between the risers is used for securing bicycles to the carrier. The base plate may include an offset section so two bicycles can be carried in a side-by-side, staggered formation. The saddles are removable and can be replaced with posts or mounts for carrying other items in the bed. The carrier is in kit form for quick assembly, when needed.
Abstract:
A support assembly cooperative with a vehicular trailer hitch for allowing the temporary erection of a tennis net assembly, the support assembly comprising a T-shaped tubular support member having a horizontal member and a vertical member, in one embodiment, the horizontal member having a tubular cross section cooperative with the internal diameter of a tubular cross section of a trailer hitch for the slidable engagement thereof and the vertical tubular member being of a cross section to slidably receive a vertically oriented tennis post of corresponding cross section, the T-shaped tubular member having a securing means to temporarily secure the member to the trailer hitch and a securing means to temporarily secure the tennis post within the tubular vertical member, a similar supporting member cooperative with a separate vehicular trailer hitch securing the opposing tennis post, and the concomitant tennis net therebetween.
Abstract:
The apparatus for attachment to a non-inflatable part of a tandem, two-wheel cycle for rigidly mounting the cycle for transit purposes includes a bracket-like member adapted to be secured to the frame or other non-inflatable part of the cycle. A multi-part assembly is connected to the bracket for supporting the same for movement in longitudinal, transverse and vertical directions. The multi-part assembly includes a component adapted to be secures to the bed of a trailer or other transit vehicle. The multi-part assembly includes adjustable securing means for fixing the position of the bracket-like member.
Abstract:
An adapter bracket for use with a vehicle article carrier side rail to allow the side rail to be secured to channels formed in an outer body surface of the vehicle. The adapter bracket includes a channel coupling portion adapted to be secured to a bottom wall of the channel. An intermediate portion extends from the channel coupling portion to perpendicularly extending flanges of an outer surface portion. The flanges of the outer surface portion are coupled to the support foot of the side rail to allow the support foot to be mounted essentially flush against the outer body surface without the need for drilling additional holes outside of the channel. The adapter bracket thus allows a conventional elevated side rail to be quickly and easily secured to an existing channel formed in the outer body surface of a vehicle roof.
