摘要： A device for distributing clip-type components for assembling parts includes a main magazine for bulk storage of the components, a tray for temporary storage of components extracted from the main magazine, configured to temporarily store the components to be transferred out of the device and mounted for reciprocating translation in a longitudinal direction to shake the temporarily stored components and facilitate their positioning inside the tray in a predetermined stable position corresponding to their shape. The device includes an optical detection system to detect, from among the components temporarily stored inside the temporary storage tray, the components having the predetermined stable position, and a transfer system to transfer the components having the predetermined stable position to a downstream processing area outside the device. The device further includes an electronic control unit connected to the optical detection system and the transfer system, the unit configured to control the transfer system.

摘要： A method for transferring medical products comprises the steps of conveying medical products on an oscillating conveyor having a plurality of conveying lanes arranged next to each other to a delivery area of the conveyor lanes and from the delivery area into at least one shaft; detecting a defective product in one of the conveying lanes; and activating a diverter device for defective products, which is arranged adjacent to the delivery area of this conveying lane, when a defective product is detected, wherein the diverter device, upon activation, is shifted or pivoted into an activated position, in which the diverter device is located in a transport path of the defective product.

摘要： The invention relates to a vibratory floor made up of shaker modules protected against the entry of dust, and capable of emptying cohesive products. The inner volume (10) of each module is connected by means of a pipe (14) to an air or clean gas volume (19). Each module past the first row is provided with an anti-pressure device (46) made up of an anti-pressure plate (47) situated above the motor cover (44), supported by two flanges (48) and (49) resting on stationary parts (36) on either side of the module. The modules thus formed are protected against the entry of dust, and effectively emptying any cohesive product from silos, vessels, railroad cars or any other containers, without human or mechanized intervention.

摘要： A vibratory conveyor has a bed or trough that carries the workpieces, and supported above a base plate. A vibratory motor employs linear bearing to provide vibratory that is kept in the plane of the conveyor bed. A directional fabric material lying on the trough is smooth or slippery in one direction but grips the workpieces in the opposite direction. The vibratory motor keeps the motion in the back and forth direction, with almost no vertical component, for quieter operation and without shaking that can damage delicate workpieces. The direction of motion can be selected by orienting the fabric.

摘要： A conveyor system is provided for transporting a product such as a snack food product or crisps. A plurality of main line conveyors are arranged end to end, and a crossfeeder conveyor extends transversely from a lateral edge of the downstream end of each main line conveyor. The main line conveyors are arranged to vibrate both longitudinally and laterally, for example by the use of leaf springs arranged at an angle. Selective actuation of the various main line conveyors and crossfeeder conveyors enables product to be transported to selected ones of the crossfeeder conveyors as desired.

摘要： A horizontal oscillatory feeder apparatus is disclosed for feeding a plurality of different types of electrical components of varying mass along respective tracks to component pick-up stations. The components and the tracks are supported on a base plate, which is excited in an oscillatory movement. The movement of the base plate is constrained so that movement is permitted only along an axis parallel to the feeder tracks. An excitation apparatus excites the base plate so that the acceleration forces applied to the components in a desired direction of movement exceeds the frictional force tending to prevent slippage of the components on the tracks; the acceleration forces applied to the components in the opposite direction are limited so that the components do not slip on the track in the opposite direction to the desired movement. A component clamp may be located at the end of the respective tracks to clamp the components in place at respective pick-up locations once the components have been fed forward to the pick-up locations by the effect of the oscillatory movement.
