    摘要: A process for preparing a vinyl chloride paste resin comprising the steps of homogenizing a vinyl chloride monomer in an aqueous medium together with an oil-soluble polymerization initiator to form a first aqueous dispersion, and subjecting the first dispersion to a micro-suspension polymerization wherein a second aqueous dispersion containing a vinyl chloride monomer and a surface active agent is added to the reaction system in such a manner that the addition is started after starting the polymerization but by the time the polymerization conversion of the initially charged monomer reaches 30%, and is terminated by the time the polymerization conversion of the initially charged monomer reaches 95%. The process has an improved productivity since the heat removing area of a jacket of a reactor is prevented from lowering during the polymerization to increase the amount of heat removed and since the polymer yield per unit volume of the reactor is increased.

The vinyl chloride resin composition comprises a chlorinated polyolefin and a resin composition containing a vinyl chloride resin and a polyolefin resin, in which 1 to 30 parts by weight of the chlorinated polyolefin is included relative to 100 parts by weight of the resin composition including 50 to 99 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin containing 0 to 50% by weight of a plasticizer and 1 to 50 parts by weight of the polyolefin resin, and in which the chlorinated polyolefin has a heat of fusion of 10 to 100 J/g, which is measured in accordance with a DSC method, and includes 35 to 60% by weight of chlorine in amorphous portions thereof.

    摘要: The present invention discloses aliphatic polyester compound having highly branched structure for polyvinylchloride plasticizer and polyvinylchloride blend containing the same. Aliphatic polyester compound having highly branched structure for polyvinylchloride plasticizer according to the present invention is formed by self-condensation polymerization of monomer having one carboxy functional group and two hydroxy functional groups. Since such aliphatic polyester having highly branched structure has superior compatibility with polyvinylchloride and never flows out contrary to the conventional liquid plasticizer having low molecular weight of phthalate, etc., the problems such as the disturbance of endocrine system of human body and the destruction of ecosystem due to the efflux of plasticizer is not caused and since the same has superior efficiency of plasticization, it is possible to give polyvinylchloride sufficient flexibility.
