    摘要: An energy-saving dyeing machine includes a body, a liquid dyes supply device, a liquid dyes heating device having a direct-heating heat exchanger, and a cooling unit connecting to the direct-heating heat exchanger by a series connection. When heating up the liquid dyes, the liquid dyes enters the direct-heating heat exchanger from the liquid dyes supply device via a supply tube, saving several heating procedures and unnecessary energy wastes. Additionally, an outer wall is surrounding the body to form a surrounding space for the heated exhaust gas from the direct-heating heat exchanger to enter and reheat the liquid dyes in the body again, making a better use of the heat energy.

    摘要: An process for controlling the force exerted on a moving web of material, including a batten roller having an adjustable drive and a fixing roller having a pressure sensor. An amplifier is coupled between the pressure sensor and the adjustable drive. A web pulling device pulls the web in a downstream direction across the batten roller and the fixing roller. The pressure sensor generates a first signal representing the tensile force on the web as it passes the fixing roller. The first signal is amplified to provide a control signal to the drive for adjusting the speed of the batten roll.

    摘要: Constant longitudinal tension is maintained on a running web of cloth or the like by means of a variable speed motor and control system. A pivotally mounted feeler rod rides against the web and is angularly moved by changes in web tension. The angular motion is employed to operate a variable potentiometer forming part of a motor speed control circuit. The motor drives a draft roll and the motor speed is responsive to the potentiometer through an SCR feedback control circuit.

    摘要: A system and a method for treating a textile material with ozone gas. The system includes: an ozone gas supply system, a hollow chamber fillable with ozone provided by said gas supply system, a textile-feeding port connected to said chamber and comprising a first liquid fillable tank, a textile-discharging port connected to said chamber and comprising a second liquid fillable tank, guide rollers, driving rollers, at least one tension compensator located inside the hollow chamber. The system is adapted for implementing the method, the latter including: using the system and providing liquid to said first and second tanks, providing ozone gas to said hollow chamber, driving the textile material to pass tensed through the system while controlling its tension using the tension compensators. The use of the tension compensators prevents the formation of ozone induced defects on the textile material.

    摘要: A motor control system for controlling a plurality of drive motors in a web tensioning system includes individual motor control circuits for each motor in the system. The web tensioning system includes a main exit drive motor and a plurality of helper drive motors. A single tensiometer is positioned near the exit motor to sense web tension at this point. Each helper motor control circuit is connected to this exit tensiometer to receive the exit tension as a tension feedback. Based solely upon this feedback value and a speed feedback from the associated motor, each motor control circuit is programmed to independently provide tension based control for its associated helper motor to compensate for its proportionate share of system induced drag on the web, resulting in uniform tension on the web throughout its path. Each motor control circuit can be switched between the tension based control and a speed based control format.
