摘要： A method and apparatus for creating a hole in a soil body. The apparatus includes an open ended tube, a conduit with a nozzle is arranged within the tube. The nozzle has a downwardly facing opening for applying a stream of compressed air downwardly below the bottom open end of the tube to impact the soil. The nozzle also has an upwardly facing opening for simultaneously applying a stream of compressed air upwardly toward the top open end of the tube to facilitate removal of soil particles. This apparatus is utilized to create a hole in which a pile may be installed.
