摘要： A lift system for a spa cover includes a fist lift assembly associated with a first side of a spa, and a second lift assembly associated with an opposed, second side of the spa. The first lift assembly includes a motor for applying an uncovering force to a spa cover. The second lift assembly includes a compression spring exerting a generally downward force on the cover when the cover is in the closed position, and a generally upwards force on the cover when the cover is moved towards an open position to assist in an uncovering operation. The second lift assembly also includes a tension spring configured to exert an upward force on the cover when the cover is in the open position to assist the first lift assembly in a covering operation.

The rollers may be arranged in a variety of configurations to maintain the connector and spring in a generally centered location within the housing. 摘要： A door closer comprises a housing mountable to one of a door or a door frame, an arm having a first end pivotally attached to the housing and a second end connected to the other of the door or door frame, the arm being movable between a neutral door position and first and second open door positions up to 180 degrees from the neutral position in opposite directions, and opposing first and second racks movable relative to each other and relative to the housing. Each of the first and second racks has a first end adapted to engage a piston within the housing. The door closer further comprises a pinion within the housing pivotally connected to the arm first end and engaging teeth of the first and second racks, a piston having a first end adapted to engage the first end of the first and second racks, and a spring compressible by an opposite end of the piston. Movement of the arm from the neutral position to one of the first or second door open positions rotates the pinion and urges the first end of the first or second rack into engagement with the piston first end, the piston compressing the spring until the door reaches one of the first or second door open positions, and movement of the arm from the neutral position to the other of the first or second door open position rotates the pinion in an opposite direction and urges the first end of the other of the first or second rack into engagement with the piston first end, the piston compressing the spring until the door reaches the other of the first or second door open position.

摘要： An actuator for a flap on an item of furniture includes at least one actuating arm that is mounted to pivot between a closed position and an open position in order to move the flap, a spring device for acting on the actuating arm, and a transmission mechanism for transmitting the force of the spring device onto the actuating arm. An adjustment device allows the transmission mechanism to be shifted between at least two operating positions. In a first operating position, the spring device applies a closing force, in the direction of the closed position, onto the actuating arm which is in an opening position immediately upstream of said closed position. In a second operating position, when said actuating arm is in the aforementioned, immediately-upstream opening position, the spring device exerts a force which acts in the direction of the open position.

An internal axle physically holds together a first gate hinge connector piece which receives the upper part of the gate, an upper stationary hinge piece, and a midsection outer tubular section, which contains a bushing and a spiral spring to return the gate to a closed position. This internal axle joins the lower stationary hinge piece with the second gate hinge connector piece. The second gate hinge connector piece receives lower part of workpiece gate.

摘要： A washing machine comprises a casing, a top cover installed on an upper surface of the casing, a door installed at the top cover, through which laundry is accommodated into the casing, and a tub installed in the casing, wherein the door is connected to the top cover by a hinge assembly or a damper assembly provided thereat. The hinge assembly includes a first hinge portion, and a second hinge portion having a torsion spring therein. The damper assembly includes a first damper portion, a second damper portion, and a ring member having a round shape and fitted into an outer circumferential surface of the second damper portion. Accordingly, even when the door has a heavy weight due to its material of a reinforcing glass, the hinge assembly or the damper assembly can endure the weight of the door. This may prevent noise or impact occurring when the door is closed.

摘要： A parallelogram hinge for vertical-movement doors comprises a first plate designed to be fastened to the furniture flank, a second plate designed to be fastened to the door and two superposed arms pivotally mounted to the plates to form an articulated parallelogram. A spring for movement balancing is connected to the upper arm at an intermediate position between the arm extremities hinged to the plates and is connected to the first plate at a point below the pivot point of the lower arm on the first plate. This enables very reduced bulkiness in the direction of the furniture depth, achievement of a great opening angle and better operation of the spring embodied by a gas piston.
