    摘要: The invention relates to a device for immobilizing blades in the peripheral slot of a turbomachine disk. Said blades comprise roots of the hammer head type adapted to be introduced into said slot through a loading window and held in said slot by collaboration of shape with the sidewalls thereof. Said immobilizing device is adapted to be introduced into said slot through said loading window and comprises a locking element arranged in a space separating two adjacent blade roots. Said locking element is adapted to be raised up into a lock housing formed in the sidewalls of said slot under the action of a radial manipulating screw the head of which rests against the bottom of the slot, a radial clearance being provided between the bottom of the slot and the underside of the blade roots, and said screw head being restrained in a radially outward direction by said two adjacent blade roots.

    摘要: A turbine disc for carrying turbine blades is rotatable about a central axis and has a circumferentially extending peripheral face divided into two side face strips by a circumferentially extending root slot. For the greater part of its circumferential length opposite sides of the root slot are parallel. But at at least one location arcuate bights of opposite curvature are formed opposite to one another to form a load slot through which a root of a turbine blade can be introduced into the radially innermost part of the root slot. The arcuate bights have the same radius of curvature and may be arcs of the same circle. On each of two opposite sides of the load slot is a respective shadow slot. One shadow slot is formed by oppositely disposed arcuate bights, and the other shadow slot is formed by oppositely disposed arcuate bights. The radius of curvature of each bight of the shadow slot is greater than that of the bights of the load slot and can be at least twice that of the bights of the load slot.

    摘要: In a steam cooling type gas turbine, a sealing structure for improving sealing performance between an interior of a rotor and a gas path of a turbine section which performs inter-disk sealing such that leakage of cooling steam and self-induced vibration of a baffle plate are prevented. A groove is formed along a circumferential direction in an end face of at least one of disk lands which protrude in opposition to each other between adjacent rotor disks, and an annular sealing member having an interior space is disposed in a sandwiched fashion, being brought into contact under pressure with an inner wall surface of the groove and an end face of the other disk land, or alternatively, an inner wall surface of a groove formed in the other disk land to thereby realize the inter-disk sealing structure for the gas turbine. Upon rotation of the turbine, sealing surface pressure is increased by centrifugal force to thereby reliably maintain sealing between the disks of the gas turbine, and the sealing performance in the gas turbine is improved.

    摘要: Axial entry dovetails on buckets are installed axially into generally complementary-shaped female dovetails about the rim of the turbine wheel. The buckets include bucket covers having an interference fit such that upon installation, the buckets tend to rotate, which causes radial inward displacement of the buckets. To eliminate the bucket rotation and radial displacement, the male dovetails mount an anti-rotation key for reception in a generally complementary-shaped recess at the base of the female dovetail. The anti-rotation key in the slot eliminates rotation and radial displacement of the bucket, maintaining the buckets on radii and enables the bucket covers to be machined to proper diameters.
