摘要： A connector comprises a casing 20 with a pipe fitting bore 25 to which a pipe P is fitted; a pipe fixing component 30 which slides against the casing and fixed the pipe P when the pipe is fitted to the pipe fitting bore 25; and a seal component 40 that is mounted facing the pipe duct 26 to seal the pipe P. The pipe fixing component 30 is elastically deformed, when the pipe P is fitted, from the temporary stop position at which it is temporarily stopped in the pipe fitting bore 25, and moves to the connecting position where the pipe is fixed, it being possible to externally view whether the pipe fixing component 30 is in the connecting position. The connector requires no checker or the like to check the connection with the pipe P, thus preventing poor seals.

摘要： A plug-in coupling having a base body (6), a sealing ring (12, 13), a locking ring (40) and an annular body which can be connected to the base body (6). A pipe end (4, 5) can be locked in position by the locking ring (40). The plug-in coupling of the invention enables a connection to be made with at least one pipe end in a simple, functionally reliable manner, in such a way that pipes made of different materials can be used together. The pipe ends (4, 5) can be inserted into an axial annular gap or space (27) between the base body (6) and the annular body (18, 19) in such a way that the sealing ring (12) lies adjacent the interior of the pipe end (4, 5), making a good seal with the pipe end, and also in such a way that the locking ring (40) is located in the annular gap (27). The locking ring (40) is prestressed and adjoins the locking surface (20) of the annular body (18) on one side and the exterior surface of the inserted pipe end (4, 5) on the other side. In addition a locking ring (40) is situated in the annular gap (27) which is prestressed and adjoins the locking surface (20, 21) of the annular body (18, 19) on one side and the exterior surface of the inserted pipe end (4, 5) on the other.

摘要： A coupling for connecting one or more pipes or conduits. The coupling includes at least one wedge-shaped gasket extending around the coupling. The wedge-shaped gasket includes an outer sloped or inclined surface, an inner surface, and a pair of opposed ends where one end is higher than the other. In use, a pipe, duct or conduit is inserted over one end portion of the coupling such that as the pipe or conduit is moved or slipped over the wedge-shaped gasket, the gasket compresses and forms a seal between the coupling and a portion of the inner surface of the pipe or conduit.

摘要： A quick connector includes a housing assembly for receiving one end of a conduit with an enlarged annular flange and a retainer for locking the conduit in the housing assembly. The housing assembly includes first and second housings which are rotatably and non-axially displaceably interconnected. A rigid top hat is fixedly mounted in the bore in the first housing to prevent axial displacement of the first and second housings. An annular recess in the top hat receives the flange on the conduit. The housings can also be incrementally indexable ribs on a stem of one housing fixedly and non-rotatingly engage an inner surface of a flexible conduit.

摘要： A barb clamp provides a leakproof connection of a flexible tube in a barbed fitting. The barb clamp includes a collet and sleeve. The barb fitting is configured to fit snugly within the tube. The collet is slid over the tube. Shelves on the interior surface of the collet fit tightly around the tube and under an expanded portion of the barb fitting. The sleeve is then slid over the collet. As the sleeve moves over the collet, tangs on the collet are pushed radially inwardly into the tube and barb fitting. The sleeve is moved over the collet until an annular projection on the interior surface of the sleeve sits within an annular groove of the collet. Radial ledges on the exterior surface of the collet provide a stop and lock to prevent the annular projection on the sleeve to move out of the annular groove of the collet.

摘要： The disclosure relates to a tube coupling body having a throughway open at one end to receive a tube and an insert sleeve to fit in the throughway adjacent the open end with one end of the sleeve located within the throughway and the other end at the end open of the throughway. The insert sleeve has a tapered internal cam surface reducing towards said other end of the sleeve with which fingers of a tube gripping collet are engageable to receive and lock a tube inserted into the throughway in the coupling body. The external surface of the sleeve has an annular groove with a metal grab ring embedded in the sleeve adjacent the side of the groove nearest said one end of the sleeve and having multiple teeth around its outer periphery projecting radially beyond the outer surface of the sleeve on insertion of the sleeve in the throughway, the resilient teeth are angled towards said other end of the sleeve by engagement with the surface of the throughway, the angling of the fingers being accommodated by the annular groove and the resilience of the teeth causes the teeth to grip with the surface of the throughway to prevent the insert sleeve from being withdrawn from the throughway.
